Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Work Design dan Organizational Culture terhadap HR Performance dalam konteks Work Motivation. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan survei pada sampel sebanyak 36 karyawan Bank DBS di Gedung Capital Place Jakarta, dari divisi DBS Private Bank dan DBS Relationship Manager. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap HR Performance di Bank DBS Indonesia. Namun, Organizational Culture tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Motivation. Sebaliknya, Work Design tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap HR Performance, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Motivation. Selain itu, Work Motivation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap HR Performance, serta tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Organizational Culture maupun Work Design terhadap HR Performance di Bank DBS Indonesia. This study aims to explore the relationship between Work Design and Organizational Culture on HR Performance in the context of Work Motivation. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using a survey of 36 employees of Bank DBS at Capital Place Building Jakarta, from the DBS Private Bank and DBS Relationship Manager divisions. The results show that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on HR Performance at Bank DBS Indonesia. However, Organizational Culture does not significantly affect Work Motivation. Conversely, Work Design does not significantly affect HR Performance but has a significant effect on Work Motivation. Additionally, Work Motivation does not significantly affect HR Performance and is unable to mediate the influence of Organizational Culture or Work Design on HR Performance at Bank DBS Indonesia.
