Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil dan kenaikan upah minimum kota terus meningkat dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir, namun pola konsumsi yang baik menjadi salah satu indikasi tolak ukur kesejahteraan pekerja swasta di Indonesia. Beberapa perusahaan tidak mengikuti kebijakan pemerintah dalam menentukan upah minimum kota menyebabkan banyak pekerja mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok mereka. Dalam perspektif ekonomi makro Islam, prinsip kesejahteraan mengedepankan keadilan sosial dan pemerataan, hal ini menjadi fokus utama bagi para perusahaan agar dapat memberikan upah pada pekerja swasta yang sesuai dengan upah minimum kota yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh upah minimum kota terhadap kesejahteraan dan mengevaluasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi makro Islam dalam kebijakan upah pekerja swasta di kota Palembang. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang solusi berbasis ekonomi Islam yang dapat mengurangi kesenjangan upah serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pekerja swasta di Indonesia. Dengan menganalisis sistem upah yang ada, penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pekerja melalui penyesuaian kebijakan yang lebih memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip keadilan ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

This study examines the synergy between fiqh and Sufism in shaping the harmony of sharia and spiritual values through the activities of the As-Sa’adah Sholawat Council in Sidoarjo, East Java. The study highlights how local Islamic traditions sustain both legal and mystical dimensions of religious life in contemporary Javanese Muslim communities. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving council members and religious leaders. The analysis employed the Miles and Huberman model with triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that the As-Sa’adah Council integrates fiqh and Sufism through communal prayers, tawasul, tahlil, and sholawat, balancing external discipline (sharia) with inner spirituality (haqiqat). This harmony reflects the Javanese concept of laku, where religious practice becomes a path toward ethical refinement and divine closeness.

Abstract

E-commerce, or electronic commerce, is the process by which sellers and buyers interact to conduct transactions over the internet. Using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTokShop provides many benefits for businesses, such as easing the marketing process with lower costs, reaching consumers without geographical restrictions, and opening up potential for future business growth. However, for some housewives and teenagers today, marketing is still done through traditional methods such as word of mouth and is only limited to the surrounding environment, so they have not utilized digital or online marketing. Therefore, this Community Service Program (PKM) is designed to provide knowledge and training to the community, especially mothers (PKK) and teenagers in Tulung Kedamean, Gresik Regency, on how to become Shopee and TikTokShop affiliates. Through this program, they can promote certain products through social media and earn a commission from every sale that occurs through their affiliate link. The method used in this mentoring program is Asset Based Communities Development, which is a theory that prioritizes the utilization of existing assets and potential around by utilizing e-commerce affiliate marketing in this digital era. The results of this mentoring activity are expected to provide information and insights to the government and related parties in designing programs that support the economic empowerment of mothers and youth in the village through the use of e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa organization in improving the spirituality of its members in Bumi Serdang Village, Tungkal Ilir District, Banyuasin Regency. The focus of the study is directed at the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the development program carried out by the organization in shaping the spiritual values ​​of its members. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of Pagar Nusa administrators and members. The results show that organizational management is carried out systematically through routine development, religious activities, and internalization of moral teachings as part of pencak silat training. Pagar Nusa has successfully implemented an integrated spiritual approach in every training activity, such as teaching prayers, strengthening morals, and instilling the value of discipline. These findings indicate that good development management can significantly improve the spirituality of members, while strengthening the religious identity and character of members in their daily lives. This study also emphasizes the important role of religious-based pencak silat organizations in the moral and spiritual formation of the younger generation at the village level.
