Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of quality control system in the presto milkfish production process and identify factors that affect the quality of the final product. The research was conducted using Six Sigma methodology. The research shows that there are several important points in the manufacturing process that affect the quality of the final product. Factors that contribute to quality degradation include cooking time variation, process temperature variation, raw material quality, and operator skills. By implementing a quality control system on the production process that includes standardization of the production process, inspection of raw materials, operator training, regular monitoring, and reduction of defects in milkfish. This study provides recommendations for continuous improvement in the presto milkfish production system to maintain product quality consistency.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education requires teachers to strengthen their competence in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support innovative learning practices. However, the use of AI-based applications as instructional media at SDN 004 Mentarang remains limited due to inadequate digital literacy and limited training opportunities for teachers. This community service program aimed to improve teachers' competencies in utilizing Canva AI to develop creative, interactive, and efficient learning media. The activity was conducted on July 9, 2026, at SDN 004 Mentarang, Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan, involving all teachers as participants. The implementation consisted of preparation, educational sessions, demonstrations, hands-on practice (learning by doing), mentoring, and evaluation. Evaluation was carried out through participant observation and assessment of the learning media produced during the training. The results showed that all participants actively engaged in the program and successfully utilized Canva AI features, including Magic Design and Magic Write, to create instructional presentations, teaching modules, infographics, assessment media, and other learning resources. The training improved teachers' understanding and practical skills in integrating AI technology into classroom instruction while increasing the efficiency of instructional media development. Participants also demonstrated strong enthusiasm and readiness to adopt digital technology as part of innovative teaching practices. In conclusion, Canva AI training is an effective strategy for enhancing teachers' digital competencies and supporting the implementation of more creative, interactive, and learner-centered instruction in elementary schools.
