Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the influence of soil treatment and NPK fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of peanuts (Arachis hypogea L.).  This research was carried out on the observation area of the Pusat Inovasi Agro Teknologi  of Gadjah Mada University (PIAT UGM), Kali Tirto Village, Berbah District, Regency Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research location is located at an altitude of 115 masl with rainfall of 60 mm / month, the average temperature ranges from 25-35ᵒC, air humidity 50%, soil type of inceptisol. This research was conducted in May - August 2018, this research was arranged Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) method consisting of 2 factors, namely the processing of soil and the dose of NPK fertilizer. Observations were analyzed by DMRT at the level of 5%. The first factor is land cultivation consisting of 3 levels, namely without tillage, minimal tillage, maximum tillage. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer using 3 levels, namely the dosage of 100 kg / ha, 150 kg / ha, 200 kg / ha. Each 1 unit combination treatment was repeated 3 times in each plot of land. This research consisted of 9 variables including number of leaves, plant height, flowering age, number of flowers, fresh weight, plant dry weight, yield of plant pods, weight of 100 seeds, and yield per hectare. The results of the analysis showed no interaction except for the flowering age variable with no tillage treatment and 200 kg / ha NPK fertilizer dosage which produced flowers at 20,40 days, while flowering age occurred at the minimum treatment of minimal tillage and 200 kg NPK fertilizer dosage / ha which produces flowers at 24,13 days. Soil treatment has a significant effect on the variable number of flowers. The treatment of NPK fertilizer dosage significantly affected the dry weight variable

Abstract

This research examines the community perception in the landscape of Sawal Mount Forest, the presence of the Javan leopard, and the conflict between the Javan leopard and local communities in the villages surrounding Sawal Mount in Ciamis Regency, West Java. It was conducted from July to September 2022 using a combination of field observation and interview methods with purposive sampling. The results of the interviews with 160 respondents indicated that 73 people (45%) were farmers and ranchers. This community activity on the use of forested landscape products was found to be related to the Javan leopard conflict. The respondents' level of education appears to be a significant factor in their understanding of the Javan leopard conflict. A negative view of the Javan leopard was expressed by the majority of respondents at the elementary school graduation level. This indicates a lack of comprehension and decision-making in addressing the Javan leopard conflict. It is well-documented that conflict is contingent upon the nature of one's occupation. In this study, 42 people acknowledged a negative perception of the Javan leopard. Of these, 26 people (62%) were farmers and breeders. This is postulated because farmers utilize forest landscape for crop cultivation, which can potentially give rise to conflict. Furthermore, the Javan leopard preys on livestock owned by the community, which can also give rise to community animosity.

Abstract

This research explores vulnerabilities and threats to Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and evaluates effective mitigation measures to address these issues. Using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research involved literature studies, surveys, expert interviews, and case analysis to identify and analyze the different types of vulnerabilities and threats faced by AIS. The results showed that human error, software flaws, and system integration complexity are the main sources of vulnerabilities in AIS. The most common threats are cyberattacks, insider threats, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. The impact of these threats includes financial loss, reputational damage, and significant legal implications.Mitigation strategies identified include the development of robust security policies, the use of cutting-edge security technologies, and the conduct of regular audits and monitoring. The findings emphasize the importance of a layered approach to improving AIS security and reliability. This research provides an in-depth insight into how organizations can identify, evaluate and manage vulnerabilities and threats to their AIS, which is essential for maintaining the integrity, confidentiality and availability of accounting data in an increasingly complex digital age.

Abstract

The development of culinary business in Indonesia is progressing from time to time. This was helped by the development of increasingly rapid technology. Non-formal business actors also develop, especially mobile food vendors. The author wants to create an application that can improve the competitiveness of mobile food vendors by providing information that is easily obtained by the public to find out information and locations of mobile food vendors that can be accessed via mobile devices connected to the internet. This research offers an android application that can track the presence of traders in realtime making it easier for users to find food vendors around them using the Location Based Service (LBS) method using Global Positioning System (GPS) technology. In addition, this application also uses Google Maps API technology for map and Firebase needs for database needs.
