Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage level (DER) and sales level on firm value (PBV) at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from the company's financial statements for eleven years and analyzed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. The results showed that partially, DER had no significant effect on PBV, while the level of sales had a significant effect on PBV. Simultaneously, DER and sales level have no significant effect on PBV.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Liquidity (CR), Working Capital (WCT) and Company Performance (ROE) on the Company Value of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population used in this research is a retail company for household needs and lifestyle, namely PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia 2011-2020. Data analysis uses normality tests, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, multiple linear regression, determination, F test and T test. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, a conclusion can be made, namely that the Liquidity Variable (Current Ratio) is positive and significant to Company Value. The Working Capital Variable (Working Capital Turnover) has a positive and significant effect on Company Value. The Company Performance Variable (Return On Equity) does not have a significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously, Liquidity (Current Ratio), Working Capital (Working Capital Turnover) and Company Performance (Return On Equity) do not have a significant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Siantar Top Tbk selama periode 2014-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu uji analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menggunakan uji t, variabel struktur modal secara parsial pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai sig 0,024>0,05 dan nilai thitung 2,858 dan variabel profitabilitas tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai sig 0,091 > 0,05 dan nilai thitung 1,958. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung 5,168 > Ftabel 4,74 dan nilai sig 0,042 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,447, yang berarti bahwa 47,7% variasi nilai peusahaan dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independent, sedangkan sisanya 52,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan temuan ini, Perusahaan disarankan untuk mengelola struktur modal secara optimal serta meningkatkan profitabilitas guna meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Current Ratio, and Debt to Asset Ratioon financial distress at PT Leyand International Tbk during the 2014-2023 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative associative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements for 10 years. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS25 program. T test results show that Return On Asset (0,041<0,05) and Debt to Asset Ratio (0,036<0,05) have a significant effect on financial distress. Conversely, Current Ratio (0,461>0,05have no significant effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, the f test results show that Return On Asset, Current Ratio, and Debt to Asset Ratio together have a significant effect on financial distress with a significance value of 0.006 with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0,825 or 82,5%. Thus, it can be concluded that although not all independent variables have a partial effect, the four financial ratios simultaneously have an influence on the company's financial distress condition.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Sinar Usaha Cemerlang. Using a quantitative approach, the research analyzes data from a population of 65 employees, all of whom were included as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. The study aims to determine how these two factors contribute to employee productivity, efficiency, and job satisfaction. The findings indicate that both work motivation and work environment have a significant positive impact on employee performance. Employees who feel valued, motivated, and work in a supportive environment tend to perform better, whereas those who experience a lack of recognition, poor work conditions, and ineffective communication demonstrate lower productivity. The study also reveals that the company needs to improve its reward system, career development programs, and workplace facilities to enhance employee engagement. Strengthening leadership support and internal communication is also crucial. Overall, the results suggest that PT Sinar Usaha Cemerlang should implement strategies that focus on workplace improvement and employee motivation to ensure sustained growth and organizational success.
