Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in local economic growth, but still face challenges in systematic financial management. One solution offered is the utilization of the SIAPIK application (Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan), a free application developed by Bank Indonesia to help record financial transactions digitally. This activity aims to socialize the use of SIAPIK to MSME players in Rintik Village, Babulu District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan. The methods used in this activity include socialization, hands-on training, and assistance for businesses in implementing SIAPIK. The results of this activity showed that participants' understanding of the importance of financial records increased, and there was an increase in the use of the SIAPIK application to help record business income and expenses. SIAPIK implementation is expected to improve digital financial literacy and help MSMEs in making more accurate data-based decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by the challenges in the mathematics learning process of grade XI students of SMAN 4 Balikpapan, namely the renovation of classroom buildings that are usually used in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, to maintain and improve the quality of mathematics learning, the blended learning method is implemented in schools as an innovative effort to maintain the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of blended learning and its impact on the effectiveness of learning mathematics subjects for grade XI at SMA Negeri 4 Balikpapan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that most students stated that the blended learning model is less effective when carried out online. This is caused by several obstacles, such as increasing homework loads, difficulties communicating directly with teachers, and limited internet connections.     ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas XI SMAN 4 Balikpapan yaitu renovasi bangunan kelas yang biasanya digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga untuk tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran matematika, diterapkan metode blended learning di sekolah sebagai upaya inovatif untuk mempertahankan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan blended learning dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran mata pelajaran matematika kelas XI di SMA Negeri 4 Balikpapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa menyatakan bahwa model blended learning kurang efektif jika dilakukan secara daring. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala, seperti meningkatnya beban pekerjaan rumah, kesulitan berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan guru, dan keterbatasan koneksi internet.
