Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) merupakan perusahaan dengan sistem jaringan distribusi yang cukup luas dan selalu bertambah jumlah jaringan distribusinya. Perusahaan ini tergolong sangat baik dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada pelanggannya. Khususnya kebutuhan pelanggan dalam bentuk energi listrik di area wilayah Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dengan jaringan sistem distribusi yang ada, analisis keandalan dapat diketahui dari bagaimana kualitas sistem distribusi terhadap gangguan yang terjadi. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendistribusian energi listrik, maka kinerja sistem jaringan distribusi menjadi hal pokok yang akan selalu dijaga dalam menyalurkan listrik ke pelanggan. Dalam peningkatan kualitas penyaluran sistem distribusi yaitu perhitungan indeks kehandalan berdasarkan frekuensi gangguan rata-rata (SAIFI) dan lama gangguan rata-rata (SAIDI) sebagai acuan dalam kehandalan jaringan distribusi.

Abstract

The construction of the 70 kV SUTT Rangko - Labuan Bajo transmission line has faced challenges in the grounding work. According to SPLN T5.012_2020, there are specific grounding requirements for the tower structures and cable parts of SUTT towers. Flores Island has mountainous and hilly terrain, with several active volcanoes, which often results in high and fluctuating soil resistivity. Improving the grounding value at the SUTT 70 kV Rangko - Labuan Bajo towers to meet SPLN T5.012_2020 standards is essential for enhancing the reliability of electrical installations and systems in Flores. Routine maintenance of the grounding system is necessary because it is crucial for protecting tower components, especially during lightning strikes. For the tower grounding improvement, the counterpoise method was used. Initial measurements showed that the grounding resistance at four tower points did not meet the required standard. This paper discusses improving the grounding value at these four towers using the counterpoise method, namely by adding stick rods to each tower leg until the required standard value is met (≤ 3 Ω for the five towers near the substation and a maximum of 10 Ω in other areas).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. By utilizing digital technologies such as social media and e-commerce platforms, MSMEs in this village strive to increase market reach, marketing efficiency, and the competitiveness of local products. The methodology used includes a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that the implementation of digital marketing has a positive impact on increasing sales and product recognition of MSMEs. Supporting factors for success include village government support, MSME enthusiasm, ongoing mentoring, and adequate digital infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy and access to technology still need to be addressed. This study concludes that digital marketing has a strategic role in empowering MSMEs in rural areas and recommends improving training and digital infrastructure for sustainable MSME development
