Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intensitas pemanfaatan perpustakaan oleh mahasiswa Sosiologi angkatan 2024 Universitas Riau, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya dan menemukan solusi untuk meningkatkan frekuensi penggunaan perpustakaan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 32 mahasiswa, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 70% responden mengunjungi perpustakaan 1 hingga 2 kali seminggu, dengan 95% di antaranya bertujuan mencari referensi dan sumber rujukan. Fasilitas yang paling sering dimanfaatkan adalah koleksi buku cetak. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan waktu, kapasitas tempat duduk yang penuh, kurangnya informasi, dan tidak adanya teman berkunjung. Desain interior dan tata ruang perpustakaan juga terbukti signifikan memengaruhi minat kunjung. Untuk peningkatan, mahasiswa menyarankan penambahan kursi, koleksi buku fiksi dan terbaru, sosialisasi buku relevan, promosi media sosial, serta acara bedah buku/jurnal.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties and functions, the KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representative is prone to experiencing job stress. This research aims to find out whether the application of flexible working hours affects the job stress experienced by KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representatives. This study uses two variables, namely flexible working hours as the independent variable and job stress as the dependent variable. In this study, the hypothesis proposed is that the application of flexible working hours has an effect on job stress at KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representatives. Data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires directly to the respondents and conduct interviews with respondents randomly. The population of this study were all KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representatives, totaling 31 people. Questionnaire data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software with a simple linear regression analysis method. The analysis of this study shows that the job stress of the KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representative is not affected by the application of flexible working hours.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis merupakan penyakit sendi degeneratif yang paling sering terjadi dan merupakan penyebab utama disabilitas pada orang dewasa. Petani merupakan salah satu kelompok pekerja yang berisiko tinggi terkena osteoarthritis karena pekerjaan mereka melibatkan beban fisik berat, gerakan repetitif, dan postur kerja tidak ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan faktor risiko osteoarthritis pada petani di Desa Karangmojo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan analisis isi terhadap literatur-literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi osteoarthritis pada petani cukup tinggi, berkisar antara 28,7% hingga 33,3%. Faktor risiko utama meliputi beban kerja fisik berat, usia, jenis kelamin, obesitas, trauma, dan paparan lingkungan kerja tidak sehat. Osteoarthritis dapat berdampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup dan produktivitas petani. Strategi pencegahan dan penanganan yang disarankan meliputi promosi kesehatan, edukasi, modifikasi pekerjaan dan ergonomi, penggunaan APD, pengendalian faktor risiko, deteksi dini, penanganan medis, serta kebijakan dan regulasi yang mendukung kesehatan petani.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the physiological demands on esports athletes when competing. To achieve The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of circuit training on the archery accuracy of SELABORA Archery FIKK UNY athletes. The type of research used in this study is experimental. The research design used in this study is a “one group pretest-posttest design”. The subjects in this study are 11 SELABORA Archery FIKK UNY athletes. Data collection was carried out through archery accuracy tests before and after the training treatment. Data analysis techniques used a t-test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated t-value was greater than the table t-value, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that circuit training has an effect on the archery accuracy of SELABORA Archery FIK UNY athletes. Based on the results of the previous research and discussion, it can be concluded that the data analysis of archery accuracy above obtained a t-value (7.807) > t-table (2.28). Thus, it can be concluded that circuit training has an effect on the archery accuracy of SELABORA Archery FIKK UNY athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the science of taxation based on Kuntowijoyo's prophetic paradigm which consists of three main pillars: humanization, liberation, and transcendence. The research method used is qualitative with a conceptual analysis approach through literature study of Kuntowijoyo's thoughts and their relevance to contemporary taxation science. The results show that humanization in taxation is manifested through a tax system that places humans as subjects with dignity, not merely objects of revenue collection. Liberation is realized by freeing society from structural injustice in tax policies that tend to burden lower economic groups disproportionately. Transcendence provides an ethical-spiritual foundation that positions tax obligations not only as legal compliance but as moral responsibility towards social welfare based on transcendent values. The discussion reveals that the integration of the prophetic paradigm can transform positivistic-instrumentalist taxation science into a more humanist, just, and spiritually grounded discipline. This research concludes that prophetic-based taxation reconstruction offers an alternative framework for developing taxation science that is more relevant to the Indonesian context, where material and spiritual dimensions are integrated in achieving tax justice and sustainable economic welfare for all levels of society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how return on assets (ROA) and company size affect the price-earnings ratio (PER) of basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2022 to 2024. A purposive sampling method was used to select 83 companies from the study population, resulting in a sample of 75 companies. The price-earnings ratio (PER) is partially influenced by company size, as shown by the test results. Conversely, the price-earnings ratio (PER) is significantly and negatively affected by return on assets (ROA). At the same time, the price-earnings ratio (PER) is significantly influenced by company scale and return on assets (ROA).
