Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile (PPRA) at MI Ma’arif NU Ciberem, an Islamic primary school in Central Java, Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with school leaders and teachers, supported by observations and documentation. The findings show that the school integrated P5 and PPRA values into project-based learning activities such as gardening, creative recycling, and local culinary projects. These activities promoted collaboration, environmental awareness, creativity, and spiritual growth in students. Despite challenges such as limited infrastructure and low parental involvement, the school successfully internalized national and religious values into its curriculum and culture. The study concludes that integrating P5 and PPRA can foster holistic character development in early education and offers a practical model for Islamic schools implementing value-based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua signifikansi yaitu secara praktis dan secara teoritis. Secara toritis dapat menjadi salah satu bahan kajian bagi pengamat, akademisi, dan ahli dalam bidang pendidikan dan kebudayaan tentang Manajemen Kurikulum Muatan Lokal Budaya Banyumasan. Secara praktis dapat menjadi sumber evaluasi bagi pemangku kebijakan, terutama dinas pendidikan, kepala sekolah dan guru dalam mengelola kurikulum muatan lokal budaya banyumasan. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi prototipe bagi dinas pendidikan di daerah lain untuk melestarikan budaya lokalnya. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi tentang manjemen kurikulum muatan lokal budaya Banyumasan bagi sekolah atau madrasah di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan maupun di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama yang berada di wilayah Penginyongan yang meliputi Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Kabupaten Purbalingga, Kabupaten Banyumas, Kabupaten Cilacap, dan Kabupaten Kebumen. Dalam rangka mengkonstruk pengetahuan dan melestarikan Budaya Banyumasan, sebaiknya sekolah atau madrasah memasukan Budaya Banyumasan ke dalam kurikulum muatan lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kearifan lokal yang diajarkan di SD Negeri 2 Grendeng melipiti; tata krama dalam keluarga, Makanan Khas Banyumas “Cimplung”, Permainan Tradisional banyumas “Unclang gelang dan Lewok”, Kesenian Tradisional Banyumas “Lengger”, Perkakas Dapur Tradisional Banyumas, Tata Krama dalam Keluarga (II), Babad Purwokerto dan Babad Baturraden, Tokoh Pewayangan Panakawan, Cagar Budaya “ Museum Jenderal Soedirman” dan “ Museum BRI”. Abstract

Muhammadiyah education management integrates progressive Islamic values and modern management principles in managing educational institutions from elementary to tertiary level. Muhammadiyah is oriented not only toward academic achievement, but also toward the development of student’s character and faith. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing books, official documents, and journal articles relevant to Muhammadiyah education management. The review discusses philosophical foundations, organizational structure, management implementation, as well as challenges and innovations, including adaptation to technological developments and global dynamics. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah education management is able to integrate Islamic values with professionalism, however, it still faces challenges related to the quality of human resources, quality standards, and the utilization of information technology. Therefore, strengthening management training and educational digitalization is recommended to ensure that Muhammadiyah educational institutions remain relevant and competitive in the future.
