Abstract

This study is a literature review that aims to understand the role of Pancasila as an ethical system in preventing online game addiction among adolescents. The issues addressed in this study focus on how the values embedded in Pancasila can shape adolescents' character to help them exercise self-control and use technology wisely. The research questions explored include: (1) how Pancasila functions as an ethical system in everyday practice, and (2) how this role can help anticipate online game addiction among teenagers. Pancasila not only serves as the foundation of the state but also contains moral values that can guide individuals to act wisely amid digital developments. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach by reviewing five relevant academic journals to gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between Pancasila ethics and adolescents’ digital behavior. The findings indicate that Pancasila values can be implemented through character education in schools, active parental involvement in shaping children's personalities, and a supportive social environment that fosters discipline and self-awareness. Consistent application of these values can help adolescents avoid addictive gaming behavior and develop a sense of responsibility in digital life. Thus, Pancasila plays a strategic role as an ethical system capable of instilling noble values in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of trust and customer experience on customer loyalty in freight services, with a case study at PT. Truk Toto. Since the population size is unknown, the sample was determined using Hair’s formula, involving 120 respondents selected through direct questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess both partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that trust and customer experience have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as proven by t-tests and F-tests with significance values below 0.05. Among the two variables, customer experience has a greater influence on loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.717, indicating that 71.7% of the variation in customer loyalty is explained by trust and customer experience. These findings suggest that trust and experience are key factors in building long-term loyalty in the logistics sector. PT. Truk Toto is advised to continuously improve the quality of customer experience and maintain customer trust to enhance retention and strengthen competitive advantage.

This study aims to analyze the qualifications of land expansion outside of land use rights by corporations in the Tempelang sub-district, West Bangka, from a criminal law perspective and to examine the legal interpretation of these actions because, so far, these actions have only been viewed as violations of private law and cannot have criminal implications. This study uses a normative legal research method, with a legislative approach and a case approach. Data was obtained through literature studies, legal documents, and secondary legal materials in the form of interviews, which were then analyzed qualitatively. This study is expected to contribute, particularly in clarifying legal events and actions, in this case land expansion beyond land use rights by corporations, as well as strengthening law enforcement regarding land expansion beyond land use rights and providing recommendations for improvements in regulation and implementation in the field.
