Abstract

Introduction: The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management system is very important to be implemented in all workplaces, especially workplaces that have a high risk of accidents and high potential for Occupational Diseases. Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety whereby every workplace is required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) in order to obtain safety guarantees and avoid illness while working. Objective: To find out employees' perceptions of the implementation of SMK3. Method: Using qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques to 7 informants. Results: Employees of PT Mitra Jaya Samudera have sufficient perception of the OSH management system, where several informants gave almost the same statement about OSH but have not been able to independently implement the work risk control hierarchy because the company has not implemented the OSH Management System on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), so employees are not skilled at implementing OSHMS. The work process is carried out based on directions from field supervisors, not General OSH experts in accordance with applicable regulations, so work accidents in companies often occur. Conclusion: Employees have knowledge of OSH but have not properly carried out OSH procedures, because the company has not implemented company OSHMS and has not been supervised by general OSH experts. Companies need to apply OSHMS so that all employees can carry out OSH properly, and avoid work-related accidents and diseases

Abstract

The first case of Covid-19 was found inIndonesia in March 2019, and has been declared by the government as a pandemic because of its rapid spread and transmission in the community and it is known that this virus attacks the human respiratory system which is infected by the presence of droplets entering through the respiratory system, so there is a need for strategies and actions to investigate Covid cases – 19 appropriate and fast ways to break the chain of transmission of this virus. The Puskesmas has formed an investigation officer for the Covid 19 case so that case handling can be immediately identified. The purpose of this study was to analyze the health workers at the Puskesmas in conducting investigations for the Covid 19 case. This study used a qualitative research design with an in-depth interview method with 5 respondents. The results of this study were found that the puskesmas conducted investigations of Covid-19 cases in the community by conducting investigations of Covid-19 cases in community members who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 and conducting investigations on community members with Close Contact (MCC) status and regular monitoring of patients with confirmed Covid-19 who carry out independent isolation at home for patients with Asymptomatic People (OTG) status and mild to moderate symptoms, as well as patients who have to be hospitalized because they have comorbidities. The Covid-19 investigation officers also encountered various obstacles in carrying out their duties, namely the attitudes and behavior of people who had not been able to comply with health protocols and people who were not cooperative by not wanting to go for a check-up. with the participation of the community in a commitment to implementing health protocols, namely wearing masks, washing hands, keeping a distance, reducing mobility and consuming healthy food (5M), where until now the 5M behavior of the community has not been optimally implemented so that the spread of Covid 19 cases is still high. Abstract

Kesehatan Ibu dan anak adalah salah satu jaminan tolak ukur dari berhasilnya tatanan kesehatan dalam suatu negara. UU Nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan mendukung adanya hak setiap anak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dimana didalamnya hak tersebut didapatkan sejak anak dalam kandungan , begitu juga dengan kesehatan ibu berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan tepat guna untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan anak.Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pelayanan KIA di puskesmas salah satunya bergantung pada ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana yang dikelolah oleh bidan yang berkompeten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bidan pelaksana KIA di puskesmas dalam melakukan pelayanan KIA dipuskesmas serta sistem rujukan yang berlaku dalam pelayanan KIA puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penlitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam pada 4 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ditemukan bahwa puskesmas melaksanakan pelayanan KIA Maternal setiap hari senin sampai dengan sabtu dengan bidan pelaksana sebanyak 4 orang yang pada aplikasinya jumlah tenaga bidan pelaksana masih kurang sesuai dengan jadwal pelayanan, jumlah pasien yang datang, maupun program – program KIA diluar gedung puskesmas seperti program BIAN, vaksinasi, dan sebagainya. Bidan pelaksana KIA juga melakukan rujukan maternal melalui aplikasi p- care puskesmas sesuai dengan kondisi dan indikasi pasien yang perlu dirujuk meskipun dalam pengaplikasiannya terdapat banyak kendala.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelayanan KIA Maternal di puskesmas telah berjalan cukup baik dan pelayanan diberikan oleh bidan berkompeten meskipun jumlah bidan pelaksana puskesmas belum mencukupi untuk pelaksanaan semua program KIA Maternal, sehingga jika berada pada bulan BIAN, pelayanan KIA di puskesmas seringkali tidak terdapat petugas.Begitu pula dengan sistem rujukan maternal yang tidak bisa diberikan setiap hari, karena keterbatasan sistem aplikasi p- care dan jadwal pelayanan p- care yang hanya sampai hari jumat, sementara hari pelayanan KIA hingga hari sabtu.
