Abstract

The development of Trigona honey bee farming by the Pokdarwis Group in Bukit Jangkrik Village, Gianyar, is still in its early stages toward becoming a productive economic activity. However, several fundamental challenges, such as limited availability of bee feed and insufficient knowledge about honey harvesting techniques, have resulted in low quality and quantity of production. To address these issues, a community service program was conducted from February to May 2025, involving 20 participants from the management and members of the Pokdarwis group. The solutions offered include knowledge and technology transfer through training on Trigona bee feed plant species and demonstration planting on demonstration plots (demplots). The program aims to enrich bee forage sources with sustainable nectar and pollen-producing plant species while enhancing partners' understanding of better honey production strategies. Bukit Jangkrik Village itself possesses ideal ecological potential for Trigona bee development, thereby strongly supporting the program's success. Following the activities, a significant increase in participants' knowledge was observed, with 100% of participants understanding the types of Trigona bee forage plants. This achievement demonstrates that the program has had a tangible impact in enhancing partners' capacity toward productive economic development. Moving forward, this progress is expected to serve as a strong foundation for promoting the sustainability of Trigona honey-based ecotourism and improving community well-being through the utilization of locally available, competitive resources.

Abstract

The document explores the application of the Canny Edge Detection method in facial recognition systems, specifically for identifying edge patterns in digital images. In the context of technological advancements, the focus is on enhancing data processing through efficient image analysis techniques. The research addresses how different edge detection methods, including Roberts, Prewitt, Sobel, and Canny, function, with the latter being highlighted for its superior ability to minimize error and deliver accurate edge detection results. The study outlines the development of a system designed to identify optimal edge detection parameters using the Canny method, focusing on facial images captured from the front. The system is limited to edge identification in such images, and performance is measured using a correlation coefficient. The process involves several technical steps, such as pre-processing the image (grayscale conversion and noise reduction) and using Gaussian filters and hysteresis thresholding to refine the detection. The research's ultimate aim is to optimize Canny's performance for identifying edges, contributing to advancements in facial recognition technology.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a Point of Sale (POS) system at Toko Gauri, a stationery store in Denpasar, to improve operational efficiency and business optimization. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires involving the owner, employees, and customers. The 1–4 Likert-scale questionnaire was analyzed descriptively and supported by one-way ANOVA. Results show the MySIS POS system improves transaction speed, inventory control, and reporting. Employee scores ranged from 3.67 to 4.00, indicating high usability. ANOVA showed a significant difference in customer perceptions (F = 6.198; p = 0.006) based on shopping frequency. The study concludes that POS enhances efficiency and decision-making but requires better integration with non-cash payments like QRIS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan prinsip manajemen teknologi informasi pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknologi Informasi (HIMA-TI) UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh untuk COBIT 2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat kematangan pengelolaan TI dan mengisi kesenjangan mengenali. yang perlu diperbaiki. Hingga 23 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari Pengurus HIMA-TI. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan framework COBIT 2019, khususnya Maturity Level Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maturity gap memiliki rata-rata selisih 1,62 yang menunjukkan bahwa manajemen TI dan praktik manajemen harus ditingkatkan sejalan dengan tujuan organisasi. Dengan mengimplementasikan rekomendasi yang diberikan, HIMA-TI dapat meningkatkan tingkat kematangan pengelolaan TI untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara lebih efektif. Selain itu, peningkatan praktik manajemen TI akan membawa manfaat jangka panjang HIMA-TI dalam mengatasi tantangan dan peluang digital.
