Abstract

Quality of education provided Prof. University DR. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu, is a higher education institution that is committed to providing the best service to its students, including computer laboratory services. Computer laboratory services have an important role in supporting student learning and research, therefore, it is important to measure and analyze the level of student satisfaction with this service. In measuring the level of student satisfaction with computer laboratory services using the Fuzzy Service Quality approach method. This approach allows us to understand the complexity and diversity of students' views on service quality, which are often difficult to measure with conventional approaches. By using the Fuzzy Service Quality model, we can describe the level of student satisfaction more accurately, identify areas that need improvement, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of computer laboratory services. Based on the research results, it was concluded that all aspects had a score above 3, which means student satisfaction with computer laboratory services has been met well. The highest score from all aspects is the cool and comfortable computer laboratory room and the lowest is 3.90 while the lowest is 2.77 for the Computer Laboratory service providing academic information and non-academic services in the form of a website (online). The reliability aspect (reliability of lecturers, and academic staff) has the highest reliable value of 0.916. Based on the results of Servqual and Logical Fuzzy data analysis, a high GAP value was found in students' perceptions and expectations regarding computer laboratory services providing academic information and non-academic services in the form of websites (online).

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought major changes to the world of finance, especially with the emergence of new business models such as Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending. Even though the potential for high profits can be obtained through P2P lending platforms, the challenges faced by investors in choosing the right investment application are increasingly complex. With so many choices in P2P lending applications, decision-makers must be careful in making their choice. This creates problems if the decisions made are incorrect, resulting in financial losses. So, the aim of this research is to build a decision support system for choosing a Peer-to-Peer lending application by applying a combination of the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and Rank Sum weighting to make it easier for users to determine their choice. Based on the case study, the utility value obtained is highest to lowest, namely: Amartha Microfinance (A3) got a score of 0.9034, Asetku (A4) got a score of 0.8954, KoinWorks (A5) got a score of 0.8640, Investree (A2) got a score of 0.8484, and Danamas Lender (A1) got a score of 0.8080. Besides that, the usability test got an average score of 88.75%, which means the system is appropriate for its use and function. The resulting decision support system has features that make it easier for decision makers to determine P2P lending applications because the system developed can display alternative rankings.

Abstract

The problem is a serious problem related to waste handling between 2013 and 2023. This problem includes an increase in the amount of waste that is not commensurate with the capacity of waste disposal sites which are already overloaded. The two main factors that cause this problem are a lack of public awareness of the importance of waste management and a lack of knowledge about how to use waste wisely. To overcome this problem, a community service program has been designed with a focus on early education about waste and its use, especially aimed at school students. basic at SDIT Rabbani. This activity aims, among other things, to provide students with a basic understanding of waste, how waste can damage the environment and threaten the lives of living creatures. Through this understanding, it is hoped that students will be more aware of the importance of protecting the environment from an early age. Students will be actively involved in waste management at school, given certain tasks and responsibilities in maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment. This will help them internalize the values of preserving and protecting the environment. Apart from providing education, this program also facilitates adequate waste disposal sites and teaches students the correct way to sort waste. This is an important step to improve overall waste management. The Implementation Method involves several stages, including preliminary studies, program design, program implementation and evaluation
