Abstract

Hidrokuinon ialah bahan yang dipakai jadi campuran pada krim pemutih dilaksanakan oknum dengan tak bertanggung jawab. bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hidrokuinon dalam sampel krim malam memakai metode spektrofotometri UV-VIS. penelitian ini memakai metode Identifikasi kualitatif reaksi warna, panjang gelombang maksimum, panjang gelombang kurva standart, Penentuan kadar hidroquinon  sampel krim malam. hasil Identifikasi kualitatif reaksi warna pada sampel E dan TA  hitan pada sampel TH  kuning. Pada panjang gelombang maksimum 295nm. Hasil Panjang Gelombang Kurva Standart  nilai r = 0,9886. hasil Penentuan kadar hidroquinon pada sampel E 2,44%, TA 2,07%, TH 0,86%. Kesimpulan kali ini yaitu hasil didentifikasi kualitatif dengan reaksi warna pada sampel E dan TA mengandung hidroquinon  sampel TH tidak mengandung hidroquinon. penentuan panjang gelombang maksimum mendapatkan hasil 295nm memenuhi standat. uji kurva standart 10,12,14 ppm mendapatkan nilai y = 0,0215x – 0,0627 juga nilai r = 0,9886 nilai r memenuhi standart.kadar hidroquinon hasil pada sampel E 2,44% , TA 2,07%  tidak memenuhi standart  sampel TA 0,86%  memenuhi standart.

Abstract

Pamelo leaves have bioactive compounds, saponin and phenolic compounds are thought to contribute to the magnitude of toxic effects. Flavonoids, alkaloids, and steroids can disrupt the function of the digestive system and also have toxic characteristics. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the acute toxic activity of pomelo leaf infusion (Citrus maxima) so that pomelo leaf infusion is safe to use. Making Pomelo Leaf Infusion, Treatment of Experimental Animals, Determination of LD50. From the results obtained, death in mice Concentration 2.7% (no death), Concentration 5.4% (no death), Concentration 10.8% (death 3), In normal / negative control (aquadest) given did not cause death. The results of the LD50 value of 7,079 mg / kg. The conclusion of this study shows that at a concentration of 10.8%, there was death in 3 mice from the test animals used, the result of the LD50 calculation was 7,079 mg/kg. Based on the calculation of the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia method, if the LD50 value produced is 5-15 gr, then the pomelo leaf infusion (Citrus maxima) is included in the non-toxic practice category.
