Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the acute toxic activity of pomelo leaf infusion (Citrus maxima) so that pomelo leaf infusion is safe to use. The conclusion of this study shows that at a concentration of 10.8%, there was death in 3 mice from the test animals used, the result of the LD50 calculation was 7,079 mg/kg.
