Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tentang Riba menurut teori Ekonomi Mikro dan Makro dalam Islam. Metode penulisan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian makalah ini adalah metode literatur kajian terhadap buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan tema makalah yang bersumber dari internet dan perpustakaan. Riba akan membuat hati mudah keruh (aghyar) meskipun andaikan lidahnya basah oleh dzikir dan mudah terjangkit penyakit abnormal, idiot dan lain-lain, tidak akan mendapatkan keberuntungan, utamanya di akhirat, tidak dapat berdiri melainkan seperti berdirinya orang yang kemasukan syaitan lantaran (tekanan) penyakit gila, Allah melaknat orang yang memakan riba, yang mewakili transaksi riba, dua orang saksinya dan orang yang menuliskannya, orang yang telah mengetahui bahwa yang dilakukannya itu termasuk riba tetapi masih terus diulangi (mengambil riba), maka orang itu adalah penghuni-penghuni neraka dan kekal di dalamnya. Dampak dari riba akan menimbulkan hutang yang meningkat, ketidaksetaraan ekonomi, krisis keuangan, stress keuangan dan mental, penekanan konsumsi, dan pertimbangan moral

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major influence on various aspects of life, including the implementation of worship and social interactions, one of which is marriage. Physical distancing policies and social policies have led to the emergence of online wedding practices as an alternative. This article aims to examine modern jurisprudence's views on the validity of online marriage during the pandemic using a qualitative approach and literature review. Research findings indicate that primary placements focus on providing pool conditions. The Hanafiyah school, with its emphasis on the unity of time, opens up more opportunities for the validity of online marriages. Meanwhile, the Shafi'iyah School, which requires the unity of place and time, generally declares it invalid. However, in emergency situations such as the pandemic, many contemporary ulama and fatwa institutions, including the results of the ijtima' of the MUI fatwa commission, have begun to consider the validity of the marriage with strict conditions, such as certainty of identity, valid audio-visual witness evidence, and implementation carried out simultaneously.

Abstract

This research or article aims to provide a systematic guide for English language learners to evaluate and enhance their performance on the TOEFL Reading Section independently. While fundamental language proficiency serves as the foundation, the ability to self-correct and effectively apply test-taking strategies is the determining factor in achieving high scores. The material is focused on two key, integrated aspects: (1) Effective Test-Taking Tips and (2) Practice and Analysis of Sample Questions. The first section reviews various essential techniques, such as skimming for main ideas, scanning for specific details, and strategies for tackling questions involving implied meanings and vocabulary in context. The second section provides a simulation and in-depth analysis of different types of TOEFL Reading sample questions, allowing readers to practice, evaluate their results, and identify common error patterns. Through this structured self-evaluation approach, it is expected that readers will not only understand the question format but also be able to critically adopt the test-taking tips, leading to a significant improvement in their performance on the TOEFL Reading Section.
