Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design dengan jenis Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang ditinjau dari motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas IX yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Missouri mathematic project (MMP). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX. Dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX A berjumlah 11 orang siswa dikelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh siswa mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan indikator motivasi hasil belajar siswa . hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan: 1) nilai rata-rata posttest siswa memenuhi nilai KKM yang ditetapkan yaitu lebih besar sama dengan 85. Ini berarti bahwa nilai rata-rata posttest secara signifikan lebih dari 80; 2) nilai posttest yang diperoleh siswa telah tuntas secara klasikal berdasarkan uji anava, ini berarti hasil belajar siswa ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Missouri mathematics project meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect simultaneously, partially, and look for the variable that has the most dominant influence between the number of loans, the number of deposits and the number of members on the remaining results of operations at the Abdi Kasih Tumpang Cooperative for the 2016-2020 period. The type of research used is explanatory research. The type of data used is quantitative data. Source in this study using primary data sources. This data collection method is observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and dominant test. Simultaneously the number of loans, the number of savings and the number of members affect the remaining operating results. Partially the number of loans, the number of savings and the number of members does not affect the remaining operating results. There is no variable that has the most dominant influence in this study, because partially, the independent variables have no effect on the dependent variable.
