Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating the difference of students’ civics achievement between those who are taught by Think Pair Share model based on concept mapping and those who are taught by conventional learning model of the fifth grade students in Elementary School of Cluster I in Petang District. It is a quasi-experimental research using non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population of this research is 102 students in grade V in Elementary School of Cluster I Petang District. The samples of this research are fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Carangsari as experimental group and fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Carangsari as control group. The data of civics achievement were collected by using multiple choice tests. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis (t-test). The result showed that tcount= 3,83 and ttable = 2,03 (tcount>ttable) which can be concluded that there are significant difference between the students’ civics achievement between those who were taught by Think Pair Share learning model based on concept mapping and those who were taught by the conventional learning model in grade V in Elementary School of Cluster I Petang District of Badung Regency in academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know significant difference of the result study in science subject between groups of students who were taught by using Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model and group of students who were not taught by using Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) through learning model in grade V SD students in Gugus XIII Buleleng District AcademicYear 2017/2018. This research was quasy experimental. Research design was Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of the research was the students in fifth grade of SD in Buleleng District  in gugus XII on second semesterAcadmic Year 2017/2018. Samples was random sampling technique and it was obtained SD N 3 Banjar Tegal as an experimental group which  numbered16 students and SD Mutiara Penyabangan as a control group which numbered 32 students. Data collected was the test of result study in science subject which included the cognitive aspects that was obtained from result of the multiple choice / objective form. The data obtained can be analyzed inferential statistics (test - t polled variance). Based on the results showed that the average score of result study of the experimental group in science was 27.38 higher than the average score of result studyof control group that was 19.56 in mathematic. This proved that there was a significant difference of result study in science subjectbetween the students who were taught by using the Two Stay Two Stray learning model through the Study Lesson with the students who were not taught by using the Two Stay Two Stray through Lesson Study lesson in grade V SDN 3 Banjar Tegal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis perbedaan secara bersama-sama sikap sosial dan hasil belajar antara kelompoksiswa yang diberikan APMKN dan kelompok siswa yang diberikan MPK; (2) menganalisis perbedaan sikap sosial siswaantara kelompok siswa yang diberikan asesmen proyek dalam pembelajaran PKn berorientasi pendidikan nilai (APMKN) dankelompok siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran konvensional (MPK); dan (3) menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajarantara kelompok siswa yang diberikan (APMKN) dan kelompok siswa yang diberikan MPK. Penelitian ini merupakan kuasieksperimen. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah sikap sosial dengan angket sikap sosial, dan hasil belajar PKn dengan tes. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial MANOVA satu jalur. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sikap sosial dan hasil belajar PKn secara bersama-sama antarakelompok siswa yang diberikan APMKN dan kelompok siswa yang diberikan MPK; (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikansikap sosial antara kelompok siswa yang diberikan APMKN dan kelompok siswa yang diberikan MPK. Hasil belajar PKnkelompok siswa yang diberikan APMKN lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan MPK; dan (3) terdapatperbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar PKn antara kelompok siswa yang diberikan APMKN dan kelompok siswa yangdiberikan MPK. Kepada Guru PKn, disarankan mencoba menerapkan asesmen proyek dalam pembelajaran teknik klarifikasinilai pada pembelajaran PKn.
