Abstract

Peran Modal, Struktur Organisasi dan Budaya Perusahaan terhadap Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan merupakan kajian literatur ilmiah yang berfokus pada bidang Manajemen Stratejik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan hipotesis mengenai keterkaitan antar variabel yang akan menjadi fondasi penelitian di masa depan. Objek riset melibatkan sumber Pustaka online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan berbagai platform akademik daring lainnya.  Metode Penelitian menggunakan library risearch dengan sumber berupa e-book dan jurnal akses terbuka. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif.  Hasil artikel ini: 1) Modal berperan terhadap Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan; 2) Struktur Organisasi berperan terhadap Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan; dan 3) Budaya Perusahaan berperan terhadap Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan.

Abstract

E-Commerce XYZ is one of the largest fashion e-commerce pioneers in Southeast Asia that continues to face pressure from local and global competitors. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) faced by e-commerce XYZ in dealing with the dynamic competition in the digital fashion industry. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative approach with literature review as the data collection technique. Initial findings indicate that E-Commerce XYZ's strengths lie in its excellent user experience and robust logistics support, while its weakness is its reliance on discount promotions. Opportunities are abundant through internet penetration and online shopping trends, but threats from social media platforms and direct-to-consumer (DTC) competitors pose significant challenges. This analysis is expected to serve as a foundation for formulating XYZ e-commerce's long-term strategy to maintain its competitive position in the highly competitive online fashion market.

Abstract

The method used in this article is a quantitative method, so that it can be seen how the data warehouse affects decision making. This article will discuss more deeply the effect of the data warehouse on decision making. A data warehouse is a place where all historical data from an organisation or company is stored in detail. A data warehouse can influence the decision-making process of an organisation or company by presenting data that has been collected and then processed into useful information. In addition, with a data warehouse, information can be accessed quickly, accurately, and more efficiently. Information systems also affect the decision-making process by providing data that will be processed and produce alternative solutions. The purpose of preparing this article is for further research material to make hypotheses that have an impact on one variable or another. The results of the discussion of this article are: (1) Data Warehouse affects Decision Making; (2) Information Systems affect Decision Making; (3) Data Warehouse plays a role in Decision Making.
