Abstract

The existence of competition among products tighter this requires every employer to provide the best for its customers. Quality assurance is one that must be met by the employer and given to the customer. Including the quality of magazine printing. Motorola Six Sigma is a method or technique of dramatic Improved quality control applied by the company Motorola, which is a new breakthrough in the field of quality management to the target 3.4 failures per million opportunities. This research was conducted at UD. Ajib Jaya, a company engaged in printing and screen printing. By using the six sigma method can be seen that the DPMO (defects per million opportunities) of disability and magazine print production process sigma achievement that has not been consistent, ie 3368.12 4.21 DPMO and sigma capability. Implementation of six sigma quality improvement on this study it can be concluded that there are three types of defects with the most potential are: mold mbleber 42,5%, 33,7% and double writing paper folded 18,7%

Abstract

The community service activity titled Socialization of Business Organization and Management to Improve Financial Literacy in Gantar Village was carried out to strengthen the economic capacity of rural communities by enhancing managerial and financial literacy skills. This initiative was motivated by the limited financial record-keeping practices and unstructured business management among micro-entrepreneurs in Blok Babakan Betawi, Gantar Village. The program employed a qualitative-descriptive design through a participatory approach, involving 28 participants from various business backgrounds. The activities consisted of delivering materials on the Five Pillars of Business, conducting financial management training, interactive discussions, and reflective evaluations. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of structured business management, financial recording, and strategies for developing sustainable business networks. Participants also demonstrated a more positive attitude toward organized and data-based business practices. Moreover, this activity fostered social impacts by cultivating collective awareness of collaboration and continuous learning within local entrepreneurship. Therefore, this training serves as an essential step toward strengthening a self-reliant and adaptive local economy in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas manajemen pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Manajemen pendidik mencakup berbagai aspek seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai literatur, jurnal, dan buku untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana manajemen pendidik dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidik yang efektif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan.
