Abstract

Semilir Beach is a tourist attraction located in Tuban Regency which was inaugurated in September 2020 which coincided with the easing of the PSBB or large-scale social restrictions COVID-19. To enter the Semilir Beach tour, visitors only have to pay for a vehicle parking ticket. One of the efforts to improve the implementation of service standards is to determine the amount of the entrance fee at Semilir Beach Tourism by measuring the level of visitor satisfaction using the willingness to pay (WTP) approach. In this study the willingness to pay (WTP) approach aims to find out what the estimation of the WTP value of visitors is for the level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service provided by Semilir Beach Tourism and to find out what factors influence the value of visitors' WTP willingness to pay for the level of customer satisfaction. The research was conducted in January-March 2022 and the results showed that the average willingness to pay (WTP) of 100 respondents was IDR 7,600, with 77% of visitors feeling satisfied having traveled to the Breezy beach. While a significant variable in determining the value of WTP is travel satisfaction (X5). Pantai Semilir merupakan obyek wisata yang bertempat di Kabupaten Tuban yang diresmikan pada Bulan September 2020 yang bertepatan dengan pelonggaran PSBB atau pembatasan sosial berskala besar COVID-19. Untuk masuk ke dalam wisata Pantai Semilir, pengunjung hanya harus membayar karcis parkir kendaraan. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan adalah menentukan besarnya tarif tiket masuk di Wisata Pantai Semilir dengan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengunjung menggunakan pendekatan willingness to pay (WTP). Pada penelitian ini pendekatan willingness to pay (WTP) bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui berapa estimasi dari besarnya nilai WTP pengunjung untuk tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Wisata Pantai Semilir dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi besarnya nilai kesediaan membayar WTP pengunjung untuk tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2022 dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata willingness to pay (WTP) dari 100 responden adalah Rp 7.600, dengan 77% pengunjung merasa puas telah berwisata di pantai semilir. Sedangkan variabel yang signifikan dalam penentuan nilai WTP adalah kepuasan berwisata (X5).

Abstract

Tuban Regency has one of the Indonesian Vocational Training Centers (Balai Latihan Kerja Indonesia or BLKI) which serves as a platform to enhance soft skills and skills in various technical fields such as automotive engineering, welding, agricultural or fisheries processing, woodworking, information and communication technology, sewing, graphic design or DrafterCad, electrical engineering, creative industries, culinary arts, and CNC manufacturing. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial influence of trainees' satisfaction at the BLKI Tuban Regency. In this study, the researcher uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the magnitude of the participants' satisfaction index and analyze the attributes that require further attention to improve trainee satisfaction. The research instrument employs a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents of the 2022 first batch CNC manufacturing and Draft Cad programs. Customer satisfaction is measured using 5 dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data obtained from the 30 respondents are then processed using SPSS 16 software, and the validity test is deemed valid with an r-table of 0.361. The results of the reliability test show a Cronbach's alpha of 0.947, which indicates reliability.The findings of this research fall into quadrant III, indicating low priority and the need for further improvement in its implementation. The attributes within quadrant III include; Clean and fragrant toilets, Comfortable Waiting Rooms and Registration Areas, Availability of Handwashing Facilities, and Food Menu Suitability and Variability. Kabupaten Tuban memiliki salah satu Balai Latihan Kerja Indonesia (BLKI) yang merupakan wadah mengasah soft skill, keterampilan meliputi kejuruuan otomotif, teknik pengelasan, pengolahan hasil pertanian atau perikanan, woodworking, informasi dan komunikasi, menjahit, design grafis atau DrafterCad, teknik listrik, industri kreatif, tata boga dan mesin CNC manufaktur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial kepuasan peserta pelatihan di BLKI Kabupaten Tuban. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) melalui pendekatan dapat diketahui besaran indeks kepuasan peserta sekaligus analisa mengenai atribut yang membutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan kepuasan peserta pelatihan. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 30 responden program CNC manufaktur dan draftercad angkatan pertama tahun 2022. Untuk mengukur kualitas kepuasan pelanggan dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi yaitu bukti fisik (Tangible), kendalan (Reabilitiy), ketanggapan (Responsiveness), jaminan (Assurance), dan empati (Emphaty). Data yang diperoleh dari 30 responden selanjutnya diolah menggunakan software SPSS 16 sehingga uji validitas dinyatakan valid dengan r tabel 0,361. Dari hasil uji reliabilitas didapat hasil cronbach alpha 0,947 yang berarti reliable. Hasil penelitian ini pada kuadran III yaitu prioritas rendah dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi pelaksanaanya, atribut dalam kuadran III antara lain ; Toilet yang bersih dan wangi, Ruang Tunggu Dan Ruang Pendaftaran Yang Nyaman, Terdapat Tempat Cuci Tangan dan Kesesuaian Menu Makanan Dan Variatif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by customer satisfaction with the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction in 2022. The aim of this research is to find out the estimated number (WILLINGNES TO PAY) of visitors for the level of customer satisfaction with the objects provided by the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction and to find out the factors. what influences the value of visitors' willingness to pay WTP for the level of customer satisfaction with the objects provided by Maharani Zoo & Cave tourism in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency in 2022. This research uses the (WILLINGNES TO PAY) method. The data collection technique used by the researcher was observing, then conducting interviews with several visitors. The results of the research. The average cost that visitors to Maharani Zoo&Goa are willing to pay (WTP) is IDR 37,450.00 with 54% very satisfied and 39% satisfied and 7% dissatisfied and the average satisfaction of visitors at Maharani Zoo&Goa is 2.47%. This means that most respondents who are visitors to the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction are willing to pay that amount for visitor satisfaction with the objects at the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction. Based on the test results, it shows that the income variable (X2) has a significant effect on the willingness to pay (WTP) of visitors to the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction because the p value is <0.1 (α=10%) with a calculated margin effect (ME) value of 3.2% , if the income level is sufficient then WTP will increase by 0.032 or 3.2%. This means that the higher the respondent's income, the greater their willingness to pay (WTP). Meanwhile, variables that are not significant to the willingness to pay (WTP) of Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist visitors are age (X1), education (X3), number of family members (X4) and travel satisfaction (X5). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap objek wisata maharani zoo&goa pada tahun 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa estimasi dari besarnya (WILLINGNES TO PAY) pengunjung untuk tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap objek yang di berikan oleh wisata maharani zoo&goa dan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi besarnya nilai kesediaan membayar WTP pengunjung untuk tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap objek yang diberikan oleh wisata maharani zoo&goa Di Kecamatan Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan Pada Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunkan Metode (WILLINGNES TO PAY). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu melakukan observasi, lalu kemudian melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa pengunjung. Hasil dari penelitian Rata-rata biaya yang bersedia dibayarkan willingness to pay (WTP) oleh pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa adalah Rp 37.450.00 dengan 54% sangat puas dan 39% puas dan 7% tidak puas dan rata-rata kepuasan pengunjung di maharani zoo&goa adalah 2,47%. Artinya kebanyakan responden pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa bersedia membayar sebesar nilai itu untuk kepuasan pengunjung terhadap objek di wisata maharani zoo&goa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa variabel pendapatan (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap willingnes to pay (WTP) pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa karena p value < 0,1 (α=10%) dengan nilai hasil perhitungan margin effect (ME) 3,2%, jika tingkat pendapatan merasa cukup maka WTP akan meningkat sebesar 0,032 atau 3,2%. Hal tersebut berarti jika semakin tinggi pendapatan responden maka willingnes to pay (WTP) akan semakin besar. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak signifikan terhadap willingnes to pay (WTP) pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa adalah Usia(X1), pendidikan(X3), jumlah anggota keluarga(X4) dan kepuasan berwisata(X5).

Abstract

Industry in Indonesia has experienced a lot of progress, one of which is driven by policies in the small industrial sectors. The case study in this research is the "Mbak Sum" cassava chips UKM located in Krajan Hamlet, Ngawun Village, Parengan District. The packaging of the "Mbak Sum" cassava chips is still quite simple. So, in order to expand marketing and develop sales of cassava chips, this research was carried out to create packaging for cassava chips. The method used is the Kansei Engineering method which is able to process words chosen by consumers as something they want from the product into design specifications for the product. Data collection in this research was obtained from interviews, related journal literature and surveys of several snack products to serve as references. The data obtained was then compiled into a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale consisting of 5 importance scales. The conclusion from this research is that the percentage level of importance is obtained, namely 3 attributes with an importance level of "Quite Important", 53 attributes with an importance level of "Important" and 3 attributes with an importance level of "Very Important". Because the percentage results that are "Important" are 53 attributes with the total percentage being 3,626.7, divided by the number of attributes that are important, namely 53 attributes, the average is found to be 68.43. So, in order to define attributes that have an importance level of "Important", by looking at the percentage of the attribute, if the percentage value is above 68.43 then the attribute must be used and if it is below 68.43 then the attribute does not have to be used or is in accordance with the designer's needs.   Perindustrian di Indonesia telah mengalami begitu banyak kemajuan, salah satunya didorong oleh adanya kebijakan dari sektor-sektor industri kecil. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM keripik singkong “Mbak Sum” yang berada di Dusun Krajan, Desa Ngawun, Kecamatan Parengan.. Kemasan keripik singkong “Mbak Sum” masih cukup sederhana. Sehingga, demi memperluas pemasaran dan berkembangnya penjualan keripik singkong tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian ini untuk membuat kemasan keripik singkong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kansei Engineering yang mampu mengolah kata yang dipilih oleh konsumen sebagai sesuatu yang diinginkan dari produk menjadi spesifikasi desain dari produk. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara, literatur jurnal terkait dan survey beberapa produk makanan ringan untuk dijadikan sebagai referensi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian disusun menjadi kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang terdiri dari 5 skala kepentingan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diperoleh persentase tingkat kepentingan, yaitu 3 atribut dengan tingkat kepentingan “Cukup Penting”, 53 atribut dengan tingkat kepentingan “Penting” dan 3 atribut dengan tingkat kepentingan “Sangat Penting”. Karena hasil persentase yang bernilai “Penting” adalah sebanyak 53 atribut dengan jumlah keseluruhan persentasenya adalah 3.626,7, dibagi dengan banyaknya atribut yang bernilai penting yaitu 53 butir atribut, sehingga ditemukan rata-rata yaitu 68,43. Jadi, demi memberi batasan atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan “Penting”, adalah dengan melihat persentase atributnya, apabila nilai persentasediatas 68,43 maka atribut wajib digunakan dan apabila di bawah 68,43 maka atribut tidak wajib digunakan atau sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari perancang.

Abstract

Jenu Tuban Beach has natural beauty and an abundance of fish which is the source of livelihood for local residents. However, fish catches often experience freshness during trips to the market due to the use of fish coolers that are not optimal. In order to avoid financial losses for fishermen, the development of fish coolers with better technology and automatic cooling rate is indispensable. Currently, the fish cooler used is still ineffective and prone to damage, so it is necessary to develop better technology. This process involves identifying the needs of fishermen through direct interviews and questionnaire design, as well as testing validity and consistency. The results of identification and technical response are designed in the House of Quality matrix, and are processed by determining both relationships by prioritizing Raw Weight results. Solar Fish Cooler can maintain fish temperature for 3 hours with cooling level up to -200C. This tool operates with sunlight energy and is suitable for use in areas that are difficult to reach conventional electricity sources. The main priorities in improving product quality are the duration of long-lasting cooling, the level of temperature stability and ease of product repair. The development was carried out by combining temperature and humidity sensor technology. Research on these tools can contribute to the development of technologies and the reduction of fossil fuel use in the field of sustainable fisheries.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic all countries in the world experienced difficulties, including Indonesia. A pandemic that hit the world has given a big change, especially tourism. Tuban Regency has many natural tourist attractions that present the charm of beauty. One of them is the tourist attraction Jatiwangi Park and Goa Djoyokusumo. In July 2021, the number of tourist visitors to Jatiwangi Park and Goa Djoyokusumo experienced a very drastic decline due to the PPKM for 3 months. To maximize income in the new normal era, it is necessary to carry out a human resource development program. One way is to know the satisfaction of visitors to the quality of service. Analysis that can be used to determine visitor satisfaction is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of research that has been conducted on Jatiwangi Park and Goa Djoyokusumo tours, the conclusions obtained are as follows: a) Based on the results of the level of satisfaction and the level of importance of the Tangible, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance and Empathy dimensions, the interpretation of very satisfied ranges from 83.57% - 88.53% and the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index has an interpretation satisfaction level with an average of 86.90% showing very satisfied results. b) There are 2 attributes that need to improve the quality of service, namely opening and closing hours on time, there are adequate handwashing facilities and soap.

Abstract

Motorola Six Sigma is a method or technique of dramatic Improved quality control applied by the company Motorola, which is a new breakthrough in the field of quality management to the target 3.4 failures per million opportunities. This research was conducted at UD. Ajib Jaya, a company engaged in printing and screen printing. By using the six sigma method can be seen that the DPMO (defects per million opportunities) of disability and magazine print production process sigma achievement that has not been consistent, ie 3368.12 4.21 DPMO and sigma capability. Implementation of six sigma quality improvement on this study it can be concluded that there are three types of defects with the most potential are: mold mbleber 42,5%, 33,7% and double writing paper folded 18,7%

Abstract

There is a large amount of potential for limestone content in Tuban Regency, so the use of calcium oxide (CaO) as a raw material for emulsion wall paint is quite potential to be studied. Efforts were made in this study to determine the effect of the concentration of quicklime (CaO) as a filler, the effect of the concentration of polyvinylacetate (PVA) as a binder, the effect of the concentration of titanium dioxide (TiO2) as a coloring agent (pigment), and the effect of the concentration of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) as an emulsifier (emulsifier) ​​on the quality of the resulting emulsion wall paint. The results showed that the optimal composition for testing the water content of wall paints was 50 grams of calcium oxide (CaO), 50 grams of polyvinylacetate (PVA), 4 grams of titanium dioxide (TiO2), and 10 grams of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP). Based on the value of the Setting Level test for the water content value, the value for the A1 (CaO 50 grams) level setting is 43,2% water content, the B3 (PVA 50 grams) level setting is 45,4% water content, the C1 (TiO2 4 grams) level setting is 41,8% water content, and the D1 (STPP 10 grams) level setting with a water content value of 54,5%. From  this composition, optimal comfirmation was obtained, namely 46,2%   Banyaknya potensi kandungan batu kapur yang ada di Kabupaten Tuban maka penggunaan kapur tohor (CaO) sebagai bahan baku cat tembok emulsi cukup potensial untuk diteliti. Usaha yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi kapur tohor (CaO) sebagai bahan pengisi (filler), pengaruh konsentrasi polyvinylacetate (PVA) sebagai bahan pengikat (binder), pengaruh konsentrasi titanium dioksida (TiO2) sebagai bahan pewarna (pigmen), dan pengaruh konsentrasi sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) sebagai bahan pengemulsi (emulsifer) terhadap kualitas cat tembok emulsi yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi optimal uji kadar air pada cat tembok adalah dengan kapur tohor (CaO 50 gram), polyvinylacetate (PVA) 50 gram, titanium dioksida (TiO2) 4 gram dan sodiumtripolyphosphate (STPP) 10 gram. Berdasarkan nilai Setting Level uji nilai kadar air diperoleh nilai setting level A1 (CaO 50 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 43,2%, setting level B3 (PVA 50 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 45,4%, setting level C1 (TiO2 4 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 41,8%, dan setting level D1 (STPP 10 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 54,5%. Dari komposisi tersebut diperoleh konfirmasi optimal yaitu 46,2%.

Abstract

Wood pellets are an alternative fuel made from wood waste, and plantations are one of the environmentally friendly renewable fuels that have a cylindrical and hard shape, this is one of the energy conversions where the process of changing the form of energy from wood waste and plantations whose size is random is converted into a cylindrical pellet form. This study was conducted to determine the impact of rising fuel prices on fuel usage patterns. To determine the quality of wood pellets, researchers used the right factors and composition in making wood pellets to get the best quality results according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) with number 8021: 2014 as a parameter for making wood pellets using the Tauchi method.   Wood pellet merupakan alternatif bahan bakar yang terbuat dari limbah kayu, dan perkebunan merupakan salah satu bahan bakar terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan memiliki bentuk silinder dan keras, ini merupakan salah satu konversi energi dimana proses perubahan bentuk energi dari limbah kayu dan perkebunan yang ukurannya acak dirubah menjadi bentuk pellet silinder. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan dampak kenaikan harga bahan bakar terhadap pola penggunaan bahan bakar. Untuk mengetahui kualitas wood pellet peneliti menggunakan faktor dan komposisi yang tepat dalam pembuatan wood pellet untuk mendapatkan hasil kualitas terbaik sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dengan nomor 8021:2014 sebagai parameter pembuatan wood pellet dengan menggunakan metode Tauchi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari ketiga hasil pegujian kadar air, kadar abu, dan nilai kalor komposisi faktor dan level yang paling mendekati adalah serbuk king grass 70%, serbuk sekam padi 15%, perekat kanji 5% dan lama waktu pengeringan sebesar 45%

Abstract

Pencemaran sampah plastik laut di Desa Palang, Tuban, mengancam ekosistem laut, mata pencaharian nelayan, dan kesehatan masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengatasi masalah dengan teknologi pirolisis RECYFUEL yang mengubah sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar minyak, sekaligus memberdayakan Karang Taruna Putera Bahari. Pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) diterapkan melalui analisis partisipatif, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan meliputi: (1) Terpasangnya reaktor pirolisis 200-250 kg/jam; (2) 90% mitra mampu mengoperasikan alat dan memproduksi 300-400 ml bahan bakar per kg plastik; (3) Peningkatan pemahaman mitra 40-60%; (4) Model bisnis berkelanjutan dengan produk yang dipasarkan ke nelayan lokal; (5) Pengurangan 50% sampah plastik yang dibakar atau dibuang ke laut. Inovasi RECYFUEL mendukung SDGs, khususnya SDG 7, 8, dan 14, dengan keberlanjutan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kelembagaan usaha mandiri.
