Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untukmenganaliisis pengaruh langsung disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung motoivasi kerja terhadap kinerja, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 32 karyawan sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah karyawan sebanyak 32 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Juni s.d Juli 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap pelatihan. Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap lkinerja melalui pelatihan. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of work discipline on performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of work motivation on performance, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of work discipline and work motivation on performance through training. This research uses primary data through a survey of 32 employees as a sample from the total number of 32 employees. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely June to July 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The research results show that work discipline and work motivation influence performance, work discipline and work motivation influence training. Work discipline and work motivation have an indirect effect on performance through training.
