Abstract

AbstractThe main purpose of planning the production of this meat roasting machine is to meet the needs ofmincers. This meat chopping machine is expected to support the minced meat production process and speedup the production process. The meat roasting machine consists of several components such as the motorframe, electric motor, pulley, V-belt, reservoir and roasting shaft. With the components above, it is hopedthat this meat grinder can work well. The stages of making this meat frying machine are: Needs analysis,problem analysis and specification, problem description, concept design, selected sketch, modeling,technical analysis, making working drawings, and test equipment.Keywords: design, sewing machine, needsAbstrakTujuan utama dari perencanaan produksi mesin penyangrai daging ini adalah untuk memenuhikebutuhan mincer. Mesin pencacah daging ini diharapkan dapat mendukung proses produksi daging cincangdan mempercepat proses produksi. Mesin sangrai daging terdiri dari beberapa komponen seperti rangkamotor, motor listrik, pulley, V-belt, reservoir dan poros pemanggangan. Dengan komponen-komponen diatas, diharapkan penggiling daging ini dapat bekerja dengan baik. Tahapan pembuatan mesin penggorengandaging ini adalah : Analisis kebutuhan, analisis dan spesifikasi masalah, deskripsi masalah, desain konsep,sketsa terpilih, pemodelan, analisis teknik, pembuatan gambar kerja, dan alat uji.Kata Kunci: perancangan, mesin penyuir, kebutuhan
