Pendekatan jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif yang diuji oleh 20 paneliis dngan tes organoleptik dan analisis biaya. Hasil penelitian Teh Berbahan Dasar Daun Sirih Cina adalah enaak dari segi rasa, menariik dari segi warna, serta memiliki aroma yang haarum. Dari segi analisis biaya dalam pembuatan Teh Berbahan Dasar Daun Sirih Cina menghabiskan biaya Rp. 47.500,- untuk menghasilkan 100g bubuk daun teh siap seduh. Manfaat dari mengkonsumsi teh daun sirih cina antara lain: mengobati bisul, jerawat, radang kulit, penyakit ginjal, dan lain-lain. The purpos of the reseach on Chinese Betel Leaf Based Tea is to find out the results of organoleptic tests in terms of taste, color, and aroma, then to fiind out how much cost is neded in making Chinese Betel Leaf Based Tea. As well as to find out and educate about the benefits of Tea Made from Chinese Betel Leaves. The data type approach used was a quantitative data type tested by 20 paneliists with organoleptic tests and cost analysis. The results of research on Tea Based on Chinese Betel Leaves are deliciious in terms of taste, attractiive in termsof color, and have a fragrant aroma.
