Abstract

This study aims to examine how the decision to visit tourists to tourist destinations Tirta Empul Temple Tampaksiring Gianyar Bali. The dependent variable used in this study is the decision to visit, while promotion, destination attributes and place branding are independent variables. The population of the study were visitors who came to the Tirta Empul Temple Tourism Destination, the research sample was 105 people using accidental sampling technique, with a quantitative descriptive approach, using analytical tools. Partial Least Square (PLS) software SmartPLS. The results of the analysis show promotion and destination attributes have a positive and significant effect on place branding with a value of 7.098 and 6.626, respectively, promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on decisions to visit tourist destinations with a value of 1.603, destination attributes have a positive and significant effect on decisions to visit tourist destinations with a value of 1.603. 3,429, place branding has a positive and significant effect on decisions to visit tourist destinations with a value of 4.646, the formation of place branding is more dominantly influenced by destination attributes, and decision making to visit tourist destinations is more dominantly influenced by place branding. Place Branding acts as a full mediator.

Abstract

Policy of Government through Circular Minister of Administrative and Beraucratic Reform No. 11/2014 contains a ban on the whole range of civil state apparatus governance activities outside government agencies apply from Desember 1, 2014 alarmed hospitality businesses. Chariman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (IHRA) Wiryanti Sukamdani recognize this policy has had an impact on revenue of the hotel. If the hotel continued to decline, will possibly be happen of Termination of Employment.Employment synonymous with career opportunities. Orientation of hospitality students can be ascertained by majoriy is looking for a job after graduation, when the availiability of jobs in particular field is getting narrower, it is fear will affect the interest of students for career in th hospitality field. This research aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of the impact of government policy through Circular Letter of Minister of PAN and RB no. 11 of 2014 on the prohibiton of carrying out activities for government personnel outside the government agencies against the interest of student majoring in hospitality School of Tourism Bali International for career in the field of hospitality.Result of the research concludes that impact of government policy on Circular Letter of Minister of PAN and RB no 11 of 2014 negatively affect the interests of student for career in the hospitality field is not proven true, in this case indicates that the interests of students the School of Tourism Bali International (STPBI) for career in the hospitality affected bu the impact of government policies is significantly positive

Abstract

ABSTRACTPuputan Badung Park is a green open space located in the centre of Denpasar. The presence of street vendors (PKL) in Puputan Badung Park becomes a particular attraction for local tourists visiting or doing their leisure activity. However, the existence of street vendors sometimes becomes dilemma for the city government. This street vendors sometimes cause pros and cons between citizens and officers. To anticipate this situation, Denpasar city government issued a regulation. This research aims to assess and analyze empirically the impact of the Local Regulation “PERDA” No. 2 Year 2015 of the selling’s prohibition for street vendors (PKL) in city park and in public places towards the interest of local tourists visiting Puputan Badung Park. This research is using positivism paradigm with quantitative data analysis. The X variable is the impact of local regulation “PERDA” No.2 Year 2015, and the Y variable is the local tourist interest visiting Puputan Badung Park. The result shows the relation between X and Y with a significance level of 0.008. Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata membutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam keseluruhan tahap pengembangan mulai tahap perencanaan, implementasi, dan pengawasan. Akan tetapi, dalam realitas sering terjadi pengabaian partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam menunjang keberlanjutan dan pengembangan Desa Wisata Taro. Penelitian dalam tulisan ini dilakukan di desa wisata Taro Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur, wawancara mendalam dan observasi non-partisipan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata di Taro masih dapat dikembangkan mengingat Taro masih memiliki potensi wisata yang sangat memungkinkan untuk lebih dikembangkan.

Abstract

Kualitas dan keberadaan sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan kapasitas pariwisata suatu daerah. Kota Denpasar memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri pariwisata, baik secara regional maupun nasional. Kajian ini mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi bagaimana peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kualitas pariwisata daerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif dengan deskripsi sistematis. Objek penelitiannya adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Pariwisata Kota Denpasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pengembangan pariwisata daerah tidak hanya bergantung pada keamanan dan stabilitas politik, anggaran daerah, kebijakan hukum atau sosialisasi dan promosi tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas transportasi dan penggunaan sumber daya manusia khususnya yang bekerja di sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

Organizational performance, which is the ability to effectively implement strategies to achieve institutional goals, determines the potential success of an organization. The purpose of this research is to present a series of study results on organizational performance through effective leadership styles in order to achieve job satisfaction. A literature review system with compare, contrast, and critique phases of data analysis is used as the research method. The findings show that leaders play an integral role in both organizational success and employee performance. Leadership requires specific skills and competencies to be effective in complex leadership contexts. Social competence and emotional intelligence are needed in every organization to motivate employees to perform to the best of their ability during times of conflict and upheaval. Companies that are focused on improving organizational performance must be able to satisfy employees' job satisfaction, which in turn helps stimulate better employee performance and improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian Teh Berbahan Dsar Daun Sirih Cina adalah untuk mengetahui hasil uji organoleptik dari segi rasa, warna, dan aroma, kemudian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar biaya yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan Teh Berbahan Dasar Daun Sirih Cina. Serta untuk mengetahui serta mengedukasi mengenai manfaat dari Teh Berbahan Dasar Daun Sirih Cina. Pendekatan jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif yang diuji oleh 20 paneliis dngan tes organoleptik dan analisis biaya. Hasil penelitian Teh Berbahan Dasar Daun Sirih Cina adalah enaak dari segi rasa, menariik dari segi warna, serta memiliki aroma yang haarum. Dari segi analisis biaya dalam pembuatan Teh Berbahan Dasar Daun Sirih Cina menghabiskan biaya Rp. 47.500,- untuk menghasilkan 100g bubuk daun teh siap seduh. Manfaat dari mengkonsumsi teh daun sirih cina antara lain: mengobati bisul, jerawat, radang kulit, penyakit ginjal, dan lain-lain. The purpos of the reseach on Chinese Betel Leaf Based Tea is to find out the results of organoleptic tests in terms of taste, color, and aroma, then to fiind out how much cost is neded in making Chinese Betel Leaf Based Tea. As well as to find out and educate about the benefits of Tea Made from Chinese Betel Leaves. The data type approach used was a quantitative data type tested by 20 paneliists with organoleptic tests and cost analysis. The results of research on Tea Based on Chinese Betel Leaves are deliciious in terms of taste, attractiive in termsof color, and have a fragrant aroma. In terms of cost analysis, it costs Rp. 47,500 to produce 100g of ready-to-brew tea leaf powder. The benefits of consuming Chinese betel leaf tea include: treating ulcers, acne, skin inflammation, kidney disease, and others.

Abstract

Es krim merupakan sebuah makanan beku yang dibuat dari produk susu seperti cream, lalu dicampur dengan perasa dan pemanis buatan ataupun alami. Peneliti ingin membuat peneliti tentang penambahan daun pada es krim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas ice cream berbahan dasar daun kelor agar menciptakan inovasi baru dan dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif didukung dengan uji organoleptic dengan 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian es krim berbahan dasar daun kelor memiliki tekstur yang lembut dan aroma yang khas, warna yang menarik, dan rasa yang sangat enak. Dengan harga jual per pcs yaitu Rp. 2.500. Abstract should be written in Indonesian and English. An English abstract comes after an Indonesian abstract. Ice cream is a frozen food made from dairy products such as cream, then mixed with artificial or natural flavors and sweeteners. Researchers want to make researchers about adding leaves to ice cream. This research aims to find out the quality of ice cream made from Moringa leaves so that it creates new innovations and can be enjoyed by the public using a qualitative descriptive method supported by organoleptic tests with 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that ice cream made from Moringa leaves has a soft texture and distinctive aroma, attractive color and very delicious taste. Abstract

Pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja sering kali menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan kemajuan karir bagi tenaga kerja. Sebagai contoh, ada seorang tenaga kerja yang telah bekerja sebagai daily worker selama empat tahun namun belum juga dipromosikan menjadi karyawan tetap, memperlihatkan potensi adanya korelasi antara latar belakang pendidikan serta pengalaman profesional dengan perkembangan karier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan serta pengalaman kerja dengan kemajuan karir karyawan di The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, baik secara bersamaan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan The Westin Resort Nusa Dua sebagai populasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 85 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teori Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F dan T. Analisis data mengungkapkan bentuk persamaan regresi Y= 7,037+0,438X1+0,271X2 + 1,414. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, Pengujian hipotesis mengungkapkan adanya korelasi positif dan signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan serta pengalaman kerja dengan perkembangan karier tenaga kerja. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,608 menunjukkan bahwa 60,8% kemajuan karir dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan serta pengalaman kerja, sementara 39,2% Dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam studi ini. Pihak manajemen dianjurkan untuk memperhatikan tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja saat mengembangkan karier tenaga kerja. Education and work experience are often the main factors in determining career advancement for workers. For example, there is a worker who has worked as a daily worker for four years but has not yet been promoted to permanent employee, showing the potential for a correlation between educational background and professional experience and career development. The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between education level and work experience and employee career progress at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, both simultaneously and partially. This research involved all employees of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua as a population, with a sample of 85 respondents selected using Slovin's theory. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression, determination analysis, and hypothesis testing via F and T tests. Data analysis reveals the form of the regression equation Y= 7.037+0.438X1+0.271X2 + 1.414. Based on this research, hypothesis testing revealed a positive and significant correlation between the level of education and work experience and the career development of the workforce. The coefficient of determination of 0.608 shows that 60.8% of career progress is influenced by education and work experience, while 39.2% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study. Management is advised to pay attention to the level of education and work experience when developing workforce careers.
