Abstract

This study aims to analyze segment financial report disclosures at PT Mayora Indah Tbk and its subsidiaries, as well as to measure the contribution of each segment to the company's total revenue and profit. The method used in this research is quantitative, utilizing secondary data from the segment financial reports of PT Mayora Indah Tbk and its subsidiaries for the years 2019–2023. The population in this study consists of all business segments reported by the company, while the sample includes packaged processed food, packaged processed beverage, and financial services segments. The results show that only the packaged processed food and beverage segments meet the 10% revenue, profit, and asset tests, while the financial services segment does not meet these criteria. For future research, it is recommended to further analyze segments that do not meet the PSAK No. 5 standards and to extend the period and scope of the study to understand long-term trends in segment disclosures.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong Pemerintah Kota Serang untuk bertransformasi melalui penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), yang diwujudkan dengan peluncuran Aplikasi RAGEM (Religius, Adaptable, Great, Educate, Modern) pada 30 Mei 2021 sebagai portal layanan publik terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi RAGEM dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan publik di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RAGEM secara signifikan telah meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kemudahan akses layanan publik, dibuktikan dengan kenaikan skor Indeks SPBE Kota Serang hingga kategori "Baik." Namun, implementasinya belum optimal dan masih dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan, terutama dalam aspek sosialisasi yang menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat (1.337 pengguna aktif dari lebih 600 ribu penduduk), keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, serta koordinasi antar-Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang belum sinkron. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan e-government sangat bergantung pada pemenuhan optimal keempat variabel Edwards III. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa RAGEM merupakan model desentralisasi digital yang menunjukkan inisiatif pemerintah daerah. Namun, untuk mencapai tata kelola yang responsif dan berkelanjutan, penguatan literasi digital, infrastruktur, dan reformasi struktural birokrasi menjadi krusial.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent curriculum in schools currently integrates various technologies, one of which is the content of science lessons at Plumbungan 2 Elementary School Class 4. The use of technology has its own advantages and disadvantages, not only involving teachers at school, but parents are also involved in facilitating their children's needs to support the learning process. The aim of the article is to provide an overview of the use of technology in science learning in elementary schools with an independent curriculum. The methods used are observation, literature study and documentation. The results of this observation show that the use of technology in learning at SDN Plumbungan 2 Class 4, especially in science and science learning content with an independent curriculum, provides benefits in increasing student motivation and understanding of learning. On the other hand, the lack of technology and the need to increase teacher capabilities in technology are challenges in implementation. Thus, school stakeholders must be strengthened to increase the professionalism and competence of teachers at SDN Plumbungan 2 Sragen.
