Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept where an object has the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The aim of the research is to provide a general overview of the research literature on the use of IoT for mathematics learning based on bibliometric analysis of a number of journal articles published in the Scopus database and to identify scientific gaps as a reference for further research. The method used is bibliometric analysis assisted by VOSviewer software. The research results show an increasing trend in research on the use of IoT in mathematics learning and several topics/keywords were found that can be used as a basis for further research. Research in Indonesia in the 2018-2023 period, related to IoT on Mathematics Learning in mathematics subjects, was minimally carried out. This is also a gap for further research (gap research) to carry out IoT research on Mathematics Learning. The conclusion is that bibliometric analysis provides information and knowledge about the development of research on the use of IoT in mathematics learning for the possibility of carrying out further new research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan Sistem Informasi Web Pelacakan Paket Anterno.id di PT. Solusi Inovasi Bisnis Surabaya menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Waterfall. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih digunakannya metode pencatatan manual yang rawan kesalahan, memakan waktu lama, dan sulit memberikan informasi status paket secara cepat kepada pelanggan. Pengembangan sistem ini mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), dan desain antarmuka, implementasi menggunakan React JS (frontend), Laravel Framework (backend), serta MySQL (basis data), hingga pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki tiga jenis antarmuka pengguna, yaitu untuk admin, kurir, dan konsumen, dengan fitur utama meliputi pencatatan paket, pelacakan status, pengaturan urutan pengiriman, pengelolaan harga, dan pembuatan laporan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan transparansi informasi kepada pelanggan. Ke depan, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan fitur pelacakan real-time, integrasi API peta digital, serta pemanfaatan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dan Machine Learning untuk memperkirakan waktu pengiriman secara lebih akurat.
