Abstract

This community service was carried out in Banda Aceh City. This community service aims to instill an understanding of environmentally friendly MSMEs, especially about plastic waste and other household waste that can be used as raw materials for MSME products that have a selling value. The application of environmentally friendly MSMEs is expected to reduce excessive environmental pollution in residential areas, as well as increase the economic strength of women who are MSME players. The method used in this community service is counseling and training related to environmentally friendly MSMEs and the utilization of plastic waste. The result of this community service is the increased understanding of counseling and training participants in this community service on the importance of having an environmentally friendly business, as well as how to utilize plastic waste into valuable products. Participants succeeded in making several products from plastic waste and sold them in the MSME showroom managed by the Bada Aceh City Cooperative Office.

Abstract

Religious education is a combination of basic knowledge that occurs in a person's personality. So that teachers cannot utilize multicultural values ​​​​to shape students' personalities. This study aims to define the strategies and implications of Islamic education. Islamic education basically aims to foster multicultural student behavior. To answer this problem, this study is a qualitative study with the aim of understanding primary data sources including principals, painters, and students, as well as secondary data sources including archives on the implementation of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education activities. This study uses data analysis techniques through data education, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. This study is that the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering multicultural-based student behavior in Lombok State Elementary Schools is to view and place all students equally and integrated with multicultural values ​​​​in Islamic Religious Education learning, such as: having values ​​​​of respecting differences, being fair, honest, responsible, honest in trust, self-confidence, cooperation, and deliberation.

Abstract

Racial discrimination or racism is a belief system that has become an ingrained doctrine stating that biological differences are related to the human race. A certain race considers itself superior and has the right to control others so that humans always consider a group, group, religion, or race to be the most correct and powerful. Then they underestimate others. This study aims to analyze racial discrimination by supporters against players in soccer. The writing method used is literature study. The analysis carried out is based on data or content from references and is supplemented with an analysis of the phenomenon of racism that occurs in soccer. The method used is literature study. Based on the results of the study and data processing, it can be concluded that racial discrimination or racism can happen to anyone and be carried out by anyone. Racism by supporters against players, racism by players against other players. Racism by supporters against the crew of the soccer team. The perpetrators are not only supporters, but can also come from prominent people. The racism that occurs is more directed at a race or physical form that can be seen directly with the eye. Racism occurs due to many factors, depending on the perpetrators and recipients of racial discrimination.

Abstract

The application of information technology in education is an effort to integrate technological devices to improve the quality of learning and the efficiency of education management. Information technology, through hardware, software, internet networks, and digital applications, provides a great opportunity to create education that is more effective, inclusive, and relevant to the needs of the digital era. This article discusses the meaning of information technology implementation, its benefits in improving the quality of learning in schools and the factors that influence the success or failure of its implementation. The main benefits of technology in education include increased accessibility of learning resources, efficiency of educational data management, personalization of learning, development of critical thinking skills, and flexibility in distance learning. However, the successful implementation of technology is influenced by factors such as infrastructure, teacher competence, school policy support, student readiness, parent participation, cost, learning content, school culture and maintenance of technology devices. The results of the discussion emphasize that the implementation of information technology requires collaboration from various parties, ranging from the government, schools, to the community, to ensure its sustainability and success. Thus, the optimal use of technology can support a more effective and competitive transformation of education in the future.

Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable part of social life that we all have to face from time to time, which can be a positive force for improvement in an educational institution. Conflict is an unavoidable phenomenon in the school environment, both among teachers, students, and other education personnel. Conflict that is not managed properly can have a negative impact on educational performance. This study aims to identify Conflict Management Strategies to Improve School Performance in Education. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were obtained from the library collection using a descriptive approach. The library collection is extensive and diverse, containing books, articles and other materials on the topic of conflict management. Conflict management in educational institutions can help improve productivity, which shows that the application of strategies such as collaboration, compromise, and accommodation can create a conducive work environment, improve communication between individuals, and motivate the participation of all parties in achieving educational goals. The recommendation of this study is the importance of conflict management training for principals and teachers as an effort to improve the overall quality of school management. With proper conflict management, schools can create a harmonious and productive atmosphere, which ultimately supports the improvement of school performance in education.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research uses interview, observation, and documentation methods as data collection tools. The sources consisted of principals, teachers, school staff and school committees. The results of this study indicate that SDN Poris Pelawad 3 has implemented TQM well. This is indicated by the Poris Pelawad 3 State Elementary School has adopted the concept of Total Quality Management. The results of the study refer to the theory of Goetsch and Davis, namely: 1. Focus on customers. 2. Obsession with quality. 3. Scientific approach. 4. Long-term commitment. 5. Teamwork, partnerships, and relationships are established and fostered. 6. Continuous system improvement. 7. Education and training. 8. Controlled freedom. 9. Unity of purpose. 10. Involvement and empowerment. The implication is that all school stakeholders are able to implement TQM so that the quality of education at SDN Poris Pelawad 3 in particular and other public elementary schools can be maintained and continue to improve.
