<![CDATA[This study aims to 1) analyze organizational communication, organizational culture and employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Pamulang Siliwangi and 2) determine the influence of organizational communication and organizational culture on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Pamulang Siliwangi. The research method uses a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. Data was collected through a questionnaire involving 27 employees of BSI KCP Pamulang Siliwangi. The results of the study showed that organizational communication was very good with an average result of 4.34, organizational culture 4.19 with a good category and employee performance 4.10 with a high category. The results of the research on organizational communication and organizational culture partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 52.7%. These findings confirm the importance of effective communication and a strong organizational culture to improve employee productivity, efficiency, and performance stability. The research also revealed communication barriers, such as differences in perception and delays in information due to post-merger changes, which affected workflows. For this reason, this study recommends strengthening organizational communication strategies, harmonizing work culture based on sharia values, and developing an integrated internal communication system to support operational sustainability and the achievement of BSI's strategic goals.]]>
