Abstract

Hope of Village-Owned Enterprises applied by the grobogan reservoir tourism manager was able to empower local communities to be more productive whose output of the grobogan reservoir became a business entity owned by Bendo village which provided the largest village income outperforming the other Bendo village companies considering that other Bendo village businesses suffered losses like the rice barn Village-Owned Enterprises. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe: Strategies of Village-Owned Enterprises in Empowering Local Communities. Study of Grobogan Reservoir Tourism Management in Bendo Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is qualitative and the research subjects are informants who are clearly related to their duties and functions who can provide accurate and significant information relating to the strategy of the Grobogan Reservoir Village Owned Enterprise. Determination of the informants by means of purpose sampling. Based on the results of the study, the strategy used was SOS, meaning "Zinc is important for me". Starting from youth youth who are accustomed to meeting around the reservoir, then believe the reservoir can be turned into a tourist area, individual contribution capital without assistance from the village can attract visitors, the village finally provides assistance and is now a village-owned enterprise unit, the welfare of members of tourism organizations increases from 100 thousand / week to 300 thousand / week. The well-being of the local community came into being with various business stalls and stalls around the reservoir. The conclusion is that actions rationally based on clear goals and beliefs can arouse the spirit of making things happen, in this case empowering local communities through tourism development.

Abstract

The digital era of 2025 demands significant transformations in the field of education,particularly in enhancing students’ digital literacy skills. Digital literacy encompassesnot only technical competencies but also critical thinking abilities, ethical awareness,and responsible use of digital media. School counselors play a crucial role insupporting students’ learning development through the reinforcement of digitalliteracy behaviors. Therefore, it is essential to examine more deeply the role ofcounselors in fostering students’ digital literacy behaviors and their implications forlearning success. This study employed a literature review design by analyzingvarious scholarly reviews addressing the role of counselors in the digital era. Thefindings indicate that counselors have five primary roles: (1) digital literacyeducators, (2) facilitators of digital learning, (3) consultants on media ethics, (4)psychoeducational guides regarding the impact of social media, and (5) role modelsof healthy digital behavior. These roles contribute to enhancing students’ abilities tosearch for, evaluate, and utilize digital information responsibly, thereby supportingtheir academic achievement and socio-emotional development. The implications ofthis review highlight the need to improve counselors’ digital competencies, integratedigital literacy into guidance and counseling services, and strengthen sustainabletechnology-based educational policies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the statistical profile of education for Children with Special Needs (CSN) in inclusive schools in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, the research analyzes data related to student distribution, types of special needs, educational levels, services, and the distribution of inclusive schools. The results show that inclusive education has a positive impact on the social, emotional, and academic development of CSN while fostering empathy, tolerance, and inclusiveness among regular students. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as a shortage of special education teachers, inadequate facilities, and incomplete curriculum adaptation. Therefore, teacher training in identifying and addressing diverse student needs, strengthening educational policies, and improving infrastructure are essential to achieving high-quality, equitable, and sustainable inclusive education based on educational statistical data.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor internal yang banyak dikaji dalam literatur pendidikan karena perannya dalam mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Temuan empiris mengenai hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar masih tersebar dan beragam antarjenjang serta konteks pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis secara sistematis temuan-temuan penelitian terdahulu terkait pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review kualitatif dengan menyeleksi artikel-artikel relevan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses pengelompokan, perbandingan, dan sintesis tematik guna mengidentifikasi pola umum, variasi temuan, serta implikasi konseptual dari studi-studi yang dikaji. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar secara konsisten berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa lintas jenjang pendidikan dan bidang studi. Sintesis tematik mengungkap bahwa pengaruh motivasi belajar tidak hanya bersifat langsung, tetapi juga bekerja melalui mekanisme tidak langsung, seperti keterlibatan dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Meskipun besaran kontribusi motivasi belajar bervariasi antarstudi, pola temuan yang konsisten menegaskan perannya sebagai prediktor penting pencapaian akademik. Kajian ini berkontribusi dengan mengintegrasikan temuan empiris yang sebelumnya terfragmentasi, sehingga memperkaya pemahaman konseptual mengenai peran motivasi belajar dalam konteks pendidikan formal dan memberikan dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan yang lebih sistematis.

Abstract

Kecemasan berbicara merupakan masalah psikologis yang sering dialami mahasiswa dan memengaruhi kemampuan komunikasi serta kinerja akademik. Kondisi ini muncul ketika individu harus menyampaikan pendapat atau melakukan presentasi di hadapan orang lain. Meskipun pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) telah banyak digunakan untuk menangani berbagai bentuk kecemasan, kajian literatur yang secara khusus membahas efektivitas CBT dalam mengatasi kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas dalam konteks pendidikan masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas layanan konseling dengan pendekatan CBT dalam menurunkan kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain narrative literature review. Sebanyak 20 artikel jurnal ilmiah yang telah melalui proses peer-review dan diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2021-2025 dianalisis secara sistematis. Sumber literatur diperoleh dari beberapa basis data akademik, yaitu Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, ScienceDirect, dan Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Kriteria inklusi meliputi penelitian empiris yang dilakukan dalam konteks pendidikan, studi yang menggunakan CBT sebagai intervensi utama, serta artikel yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah bereputasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi teknik CBT yang digunakan, faktor penyebab kecemasan, serta hasil intervensi yang dilaporkan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi konseling berbasis CBT efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas melalui teknik restrukturisasi kognitif dan latihan paparan perilaku secara bertahap. Beberapa penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kepercayaan diri serta partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran setelah mengikuti intervensi CBT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CBT berpotensi diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di lingkungan pendidikan untuk membantu peserta didik mengatasi kecemasan komunikasi akademik.
