Abstract

The PIK-R youth organization in Candijati Village is not new. However, it is felt to be less active in carrying out activities that should be the purpose of forming the organization. Awareness of the importance of the role of youth in realizing village welfare must be revived. This service aims to provide motivation to teenagers in Candijati Village to be more optimal and effective in managing the PIK-R organization. The implementation of the service is carried out by providing socialization and training to the PIK-R administrators of Candijati Biting Village, Jember Regency, East Java Province. The material provided is material related to leadership and organizational management issues. Through this service activity, it can provide skills for the PIK-R administrators of Candijati Village in managing the organization, forming a management structure, fostering leadership talent and understanding related to early marriage which has a negative effect on teenagers. The programs at the growth stage implemented in PIK-Teenagers in Candijati Village have proven successful in increasing students' understanding of organizational management, reproductive health and reducing the risks of early marriage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan pengetahuan ibu tentang penggunaan obat sariawan pada balita dan anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan pengambilan sampel data secara accidental sampling yang dilakukan di Desa Tumpeng, Candipuro, Lumajang pada bulan Juni – Juli 2022 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 75 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden berdasarkan pendidikan tertinggi adalah SMP dan SMA sebesar 37,3%, responden berusia 26-35 tahun sebesar 45,3%, dan pekerjaan responden sebagai ibu rumah tangga sebesar 74,7%. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata persentase pengetahuan ibu tentang obat sariawan sebesar 68,2% dengan kategori cukup. Melalui uji bivariat tingkat pendidikan dan pengetahuan tentang cara penggunaan obat sariawan pada balita dan anak (sig = 0,078) memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,078 > 0,05. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan pengetahuan tentang cara penggunaan obat sariawan pada balita dan anak.
