Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work ability on employee performance at the Bitung City Fisheries Service. The urgency of this research lies in the urgent need to scientifically understand how two important variables of work discipline and work ability affect the performance of local government apparatus. In the era of bureaucratic reform, improving the quality of public services is a national agenda supported by the policy of evaluating the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) based on the merit system. The phenomenon of decreased productivity, delayed completion of tasks, and declining quality of public services are the background of the importance of this study. With a quantitative approach and survey method of 40 respondents, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both work discipline and work ability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study contributes to strengthening human resource governance in the public sector, especially in designing policies to improve the competence and discipline of regional apparatus.

Abstract

Saat ini bisnis ritel sedang tumbuh dengan pesat di Indonesia, terbukti dengan banyak dibangunnya toko-toko ritel baru.MR.DIY adalah salah satu ritel perlengkapan rumah tangga terbesar dan tercepat perkembangannya di Indonesia, Pola perilaku belanja konsumen Indonesia berubah dan berkembang sejalan dengan perubahan perilaku kebutuhan dan keinginan. konsumen sering melakukan pembelian secara cepat tanpa direncanakan yang biasa disebut Impulse Buying, terdapat dua variabel yang diteliti untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap Impulse Buying yaitu variabel Store Atmosphere dan Hedonic Shopping Value. Penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung MR.DIY pada bulan Januari 2024 – Februari 2024 yang di ambil sampelnya menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert metode analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validasi data, uji Realibilitas, uji Koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa variabel (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 4,550 terhadap variabel (Y), Variabel (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 3,038 terhadap variabel (Y). Variabel (X1) dan (X2) memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap (Y) hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F dengan nilai 12,306. Selanjutnya dari hasil pengujian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1,H2, dan H3 dinyatakan diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, the role of influencers on social media has become increasingly significant in influencing consumer behavior and their purchasing intentions. This study aims to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the presence of influencers on social media and consumer purchasing intentions. This research aims to determine how influencers and social media (TikTok) influence the purchasing intentions of Wardah products among female students of STBM Dua Sudara Bitung. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The sample in this study was 77 respondents with a purposive sampling method. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis shows that factors such as age and gender can moderate the relationship between the presence of influencers on social media and purchasing intentions. For example, the millennial generation may be more likely to be influenced by influencers in their purchasing decisions compared to older generations. The data of this study were analyzed using the SPSS program. After the data was tested using a correlation test, the findings in this study obtained a value of 0.717. Then the value in the determination test was 0.000>0.05, which means there is a significant relationship. Furthermore, the results of the simple linear regression test showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the table t-value, indicating significant significance. This means that influencers and social media (TikTok) have a strong influence on Wardah product purchase intention among female students at STBM Dua Sudara Bitung.
