Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas metode transportasi dalam pemrograman linier sebagai strategi optimalisasi biaya distribusi pada berbagai sektor industri. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur sistematis, penelitian ini menganalisis beragam studi kasus yang menerapkan metode solusi awal seperti North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost (LC), dan Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM), serta metode solusi optimal seperti Stepping Stone dan Modified Distribution Method (MODI). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode-metode tersebut secara signifikan mampu menurunkan biaya distribusi, dengan VAM seringkali memberikan solusi awal paling efisien, sedangkan kombinasi dengan metode optimasi lanjutan seperti Stepping Stone atau MODI semakin memperkuat efisiensi alokasi. Efektivitas metode sangat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik distribusi dan skala operasional perusahaan, serta penyesuaian terhadap struk tur dan jumlah titik distribusi.

Abstract

Computational thinking ability is one of the important skills in today's digital era. In the context of education, the development of computational thinking ability can be done through various learning tools and applications that support a technology-based approach. A tool that can be used to analyze and train computational thinking ability is Microsoft WIRIS Quizzes. This study aims to analyze the effect of using Microsoft WIRIS Quizzes in managing students' computational thinking ability, especially in the context of mathematics and science learning. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental design involving students from several high schools in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of Microsoft WIRIS Quizzes substantially improves students' computational thinking ability, as well as supports students in understanding mathematics and science concepts with more interactive methods.
