Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the role of third parties in implementing personality development in the field of religious awareness for prisoners and to find out what obstacles are experienced by third parties in implementing personality development in the field of religious awareness for prisoners. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The theories used in this research are role theory and the SPPN concept (aspects of religious awareness). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis, namely that the third party plays a role in implementing religious awareness development for prisoners by being responsible for being a coaching actor, providing material supplies, participating in implementing existing regulations, serving the community, and harmonizing religious teachings inside the prison with those outside the prison. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by third parties are 1. The existence of a concurrent schedule from the third party carrying out the coaching; 2. there are activities in prison that overlap or are carried out at the same time; 3. lack of human resources from prison officers in carrying out training; 4. requires time for coordination between agencies; and 5. The prisoner's personality is poor in accepting material. Keywords: Role; Third Party; Religious Awareness

Abstract

Abstract The reintegration of assisted children into society is an integral part of the criminal justice system which focuses on improving behavior. The family and environment play an important role in helping assisted children adjust to society after their release from correctional institutions. Families are very important in supporting children of prisoners during and after their prison sentence. Supportive families can be a crucial source of emotional, social and economic support in helping foster children return to society. Apart from that, the social environment and support from society also play a key role in helping children to find a positive place in society. This research aims to explain the role played by the family and environment in the process of reintegrating assisted children into society. The author in this study used a qualitative research approach with the literature study method of several reading sources such as scientific articles, books, research reports and legal regulations relevant to this research. The results of the discussion in this research are about the role played by the family and the environment both when children are serving sentences within the LPKA or outside in the process of reintegrating assisted children into society. Keywords : Foster Children, Family, Environment, Reintegration Abstrak Reintegrasi anak binaan ke dalam masyarakat merupakan bagian integral dari sistem peradilan pidana yang berfokus pada perbaikan perilaku. Keluarga dan lingkungan berperan penting dalam membantu anak binaan menyesuaikan diri dengan masyarakat setelah pembebasan mereka dari lembaga pemasyarakatan. Keluarga sangat penting dalam mendukung anak binaan selama dan setelah masa pidana. Keluarga yang mendukung dapat menjadi sumber dukungan emosional, sosial, dan ekonomi yang krusial dalam membantu anak binaan kembali ke masyarakat. Selain itu, lingkungan sosial dan dukungan dari masyarakat juga peran kunci dalam membantu anak untuk menemukan tempat yang positif dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran keluarga dan lingkungan dalam proses reintegrasi anak binaan ke dalam masyarakat. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah Studi Pustaka terhadap sumber data sekunder. Berasal dari bacaan seperti artikel ilmiah, buku, laporan penelitian serta peraturan hukum yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil pembahasan pada penilitian ini ialah tentang peran yang dilakukan oleh keluarga serta lingkungan baik saat anak menjalani hukuman di dalam LPKA ataupun di luar untuk proses reintegrasi anak binaan ke dalam masyarakat.
