<![CDATA[Abstract - PT Bina Lestari Nusantara is a construction company that focused on telecommunication tower infrastructure established in 2008. PT BLN provide service for its client by provide coverage solutions and expand network capacity through build-to-suit developments. The company faced several obstacles such as inconsistent of revenue and experience slow growth. The company also have difficulties in terms of efficiency which resulted in low profitability. This condition shows that the existing company strategy is no longer to be able to overcome the company’s obstacle. PT BLN need a new proper strategy for solving their problems to give a positive effect in their financial performance. Formulating strategies start by analysing internal and external environments using PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis, business model canvas, and financial analysis. This analysis will be summarized as SWOT analysis which continued to be interpreted on SWOT diagram for positioned the appropriate strategy. The result shows that company is in weak internal position. The company is suggested to applied defensive strategy. Defensive strategy will be solving the company’s problem who experience weak internal position. Defensive strategy continues to be interpreted in action plan and financial projection for the next three year. Three years is appropriate time of defensive strategy for taking off and going into the next strategy which is supporting aggressive. The company also need to applied focused differentiation, where company should seeks differentiation in a targeted market segment. The company need to revise all building blocks elements of business model canvas. Strategy formulation will help company to applied efficient work. <![CDATA[The program of skill development and job training and production are one of the developing self-reliance that is carried out at the Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. This activity not only aims to develop the potential, talents and interest that the prisoners have, it also becomes a source of income for the prisoner during their criminal period. Prisoners who carry out this program are entitled to get premi as wages from the sale of the product. Therefore the higher the sales value, the more income will be obtained. In increasing sales, it is also necessary to do the right marketing strategy in order to increase consumer interest in providing products. Marketing performance is determined by environmental factors, product innovation, and marketing strategy creativity. This research focuses on looking at the implementation of skills development, analysis of environmental factors and the level of marketing performance in the Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Bandung. Data analysis techniques were carried out by descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that there are still many constraints on environmental factors in Lapas Perempuan Class IIA Bandung that making other factors, namely product innovation, marketing strategy creativity and marketing performance hampered.]]>

<![CDATA[Health and safety environtment are an important issue and must be materialized in every task execution. As an officer at the forefront of correctional institutions, P2U officers often do not know the magnitude of the impact of radiation exposure to their health. The impact often can be minimized by given the knowledge to the officers P2U related dangers that can cause health problems for them. Therefore, in this study conducted case study on the magnitude of the dose radiation exposure officers who can provide a prudent effect in carrying out the task through laboratory tests. This research can provide knowledge not only to the officers, but also the community that will later visit the Correctional Institution. According to the data listed in the correctional Database system until March 2020 it has been recorded as many as 9,917 guards who every day were on the machine that had a negative impact on their health. With this research, officers need to implement strict protocols in order to avoid the adverse effects of radiation on their health.]]>

<![CDATA[Prisoner is a person who is sentenced to a criminal sentence of loss of independence and serves it in a correctional institution. Therefore, it is the duty of the Government to protect and ensure the fulfillment of their rights while serving their sentence. This is a consequence of the imposition of criminal penalties which means limiting the right to freedom of movement. No exception for prisoners with disabilities. Therefore, this study will examine the role of correctional institutions in an effort to fulfill the rights of prisoners with disabilities with the research locus located in the Yogyakarta Class II-A Correctional Institution. This type of research is normative legal research with a juridical approach. The data collection techniques were carried out through secondary data which is literature with qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that Yogyakarta Class II-A Correctional Institution already fulfill the rights of prisoners with disabilities based on Undang-Undang No. 08 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi dan hambatan yang dihadapi pada implementasi program pembinaan kepribadian melalui Pendirian Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tawabiin di Lapas Kelas IIB Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian, didapati bahwa Lapas Kelas IIB Purwakarta telah berhasil melakukan inovasi guna memberikan pembinaan kepribadian kepada narapidana melalui pendirian Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tawabin yang telah mendapat izin operasional dari Kementerian Agama. Parameter keberhasilan implementasi program pembinaan kepribadian melalui Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tawabiin tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya keterkaitan antara 3 dimensi, yaitu: program, organisasi, dan pemanfaat. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki guna mengoptimalkan implementasi program pembinaan kepribadian melalui Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tawabin, yaitu: Kurangnya kapasitas SDM, ketersediaan anggaran yang minim, kurangnya Pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, serta diperlukannya pembaruan kurikulum. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the efforts to prevent inmate escapes at Class IIA Abepura Correctional Facility to enhance security. The research highlights the importance of correctional institutions not only in rehabilitating inmates but also in maintaining security and order. Despite the implementation of various rehabilitation programs, security challenges, particularly inmate escapes, persist. The study aims to evaluate current security measures, identify factors contributing to security weaknesses, and propose strategies for improving the prevention of inmate escapes at Class IIA Abepura. Using qualitative methods, the research gathers primary data through in-depth interviews with key personnel and inmates, alongside secondary data from relevant regulations and literature. The analysis provides insights into the effectiveness of current prevention efforts and suggests improvements in security systems, staff training, and operational protocols to ensure a safer correctional environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Intelijen pemasyarakatan merupakan bagian dari penyelenggaraan badan intelijen negara yang melakukan serangkaian kegiatan intelijen dalam konteks lembaga pemasyarakatan. Dalam Undang Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pemasyarakatan, penyelenggaraan pengamanan dan pengamatan didukung dengan kegiatan intelijen. Melalui Permenkumham Nomor 7 Tahun 2023, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Lubuk Pakam telah menyelenggarakan fungsi Intelijen Pemasyarakatan mulai dari penyelidikan, pengamanan, dan penggalangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peran intelijen pemasyarakatan dalam mencegah kerusuhan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Lubuk Pakam serta apa saja faktor penghambat yang dialami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Dasar Intelijen (SunTzu) dan teori peran. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan digunakan untuk menganalisis peran intelijen pemasyarakatan dalam mencegah kerusuhan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Lubuk Pakam menggunakan dimensi penyelidikan, pengamanan, dan pengamatan. Peran intelijen pemasyarakatan dalam mencegah kerusuhan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Lubuk Pakam sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun dalam penyelenggaraannya masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti kurangnya pelatihan kepada petugas, sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai, kondisi Lapas yang padat dan belum adanya perlindungan terhadap unit intelijen pemasyarakatan]]>

<![CDATA[Pembinaan kepada narapidana ditujukan untuk memberikan bekal untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup narapidana. Sehingga lembaga pemasyarakatan wajib memberikan fasilitas terhadap narapidana untuk mengembangkan potensi salah satunya dengan memberikan pelatihan kerja kepada narapidana. Agar pelatihan kerja kepada narapidana berjalan optimal maka diperlukan kerja sama antara lembaga pelatihan kerja maupun pemerintah atau sektor swasta yang terkait. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai penerapan serta faktor – faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerapan collaborative governance pada pembinaan kemandirian mebel di Lapas Kelas IIA Binjai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan serta faktor – faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerapan collaborative governance pada pembinaan kemandirian mebel di Lapas Kelas IIA Binjai. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalam teori collaborative governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui sumber data primer dan sekunder yang terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah dilog tatap muka antara Lapas Kelas IIA Binjai dengan Balai Latihan Kerja dan Yayasan Srikandi; lapas membangun kepercayaan dengan pihak terkait; komitmen secara tertulis antara lapas dengan pihak terkait; adanya pemahaman bersama antara ketiga pihak; narapidana yang mampu membuat karya mebel yang sesuai standar pasar]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas optimalisasi strategi penjualan budidaya ayam petelur melalui pendekatan matriks boston consulting group (BCG) di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Jakarta. Strategi Penjualan yang diterapkan oleh Lapas belum mencapai nilai optimal dan produksi yang belum maksimal. Hal ini menjadi suatu masalah karena Lapas Narkotika Jakarta keterbatasan investasi dalam pengembangan usaha, regulasi yang ketat terkait dengan penjualan produk perikanan dari lapas, dan terdapat persaingan dari produsen ayam petelur lainnya baik didalam maupun di luar Lapas yang membuat sulit guna mempertahankan atau meningkatkan pangsa pasar lapas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penjualan hasil produk budidaya ayam petelur melalui matris BCG, dan apa saja faktor yang menghambat dalam pelaksanaan penjualan hasil produk Lapas. Melalui pemahamam yang mendalam tentang masalah ini, artikel ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam menentukan strategi penjualan dari tulisan yang dibuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deksriptif dengan tujuan agar dapat memahami fenomena dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan, sehingga dapat dideskripsikan dengan rinci tentang kondisi yang sebenarnya terjadi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dengan 7 narasumber, melalui proses observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, analisis data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.]]>
