Abstract

Abstract The goal of this study was to ascertain how JNE Customer Satisfaction in Samarinda City was affected by Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Promotion, and Complaint Handling. A sample of 120 respondents was chosen using a quantitative technique and side randomization in this investigation. strategies for gathering data using a questionnaire with Likert scale ratings. The application SPSS version 22 is being used to do Regression Analysis utilizing the Causal Step approach. The study's findings show that Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, Relationship Marketing has a negligible impact, Promotion has a positive and significant impact, Complaint Handling has a positive and significant impact, and Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Promotion, and Complaint Handling have a positive and significant effect simultaneously. Keywords: Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Promotion, Complaint Handling, Customer Satisfaction Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Jasa, Relationship Marketing, Promosi dan Penanganan Komplain terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan JNE di Kota Samarinda. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan metode random samping sebagai metode pemilihan sampel yang berjumlah 120 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi dengan metode Kausal Step menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Relationship Marketing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Penanganan Komplain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Jasa, Relationship Marketing, Promosi dan Penanganan Komplain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.
