Abstract

This research aims to describe, test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational capabilities on organizational commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari. This research uses quantitative research methods with a survey design that uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, namely tcount>ttable or 1.743>1.708. Organizational Capability has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, namely tcount>ttable or 2.984>1.708. The results of the regression coefficient test show that organizational culture and organizational capabilities influence organizational commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari. The percentage contribution of the independent variable X1 (Organizational Culture) is 36.2% and X2 (Organizational Capability) is 62.0% on the dependent variable Y (Organizational Commitment) while the remaining 4.6% is influenced or explained by other variables. The conclusion of this research is that the level of Organizational Commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari is influenced by the variables Organizational Culture and Organizational Capability.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of the mind mapping technique as a teaching strategy to optimize students’ English vocabulary learning. This qualitative research involved one English teacher as the subject, and the data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that the teacher’s strategy in implementing mind mapping plays a significant role in improving students’ vocabulary mastery. However, several challenges emerged, such as limited explanation, time constraints, and the lack of additional materials, which caused difficulties in spelling and memorization. To overcome these problems, the teacher combined multiple strategies, including presenting vocabulary items with diagrams, using visual aids, and emphasizing clear word structures. Furthermore, the teacher applied essential mind mapping principles, such as using colors, images, keywords, associations, and central images to present ideas more effectively. These strategies ultimately made vocabulary learning more engaging, creative, and effective, enabling students to memorize words more easily, quickly, and enjoyably.

Abstract

ABSTACT Macrame is a classic textile art made by Arab weavers using knotting techniques using rope since the 13th century. The word macrame comes from the word mikramah which means plaiting or hand decoration. Historically, macrame was used to avoid swarms of flies on the riding animals of people in the Middle East. The art of macrame was successful in the 1970s. The implementation of the community service activity program was carried out in the central room of post 13 RT 04, Jebak village, Muara Tembesi sub-district on Saturday 20 January 2024. This service activity took the form of training. This activity was attended by 7 people. This training involved PKK mothers and local teenagers. Keywoards : macramé, life skill

Abstract

Abstrak Stunting describes a state of chronic malnutrition during growth and development from early life. the results of a health survey in Indonesia in 2013, 37.2% of young children experienced stunting. Of this percentage, 19.2% of children were classified as short and 18.0% were very short. The prevalence of stunting has increased compared to the 2010 Riskesdas results, namely 35.6. The nutritional condition of pregnant women also greatly affects the health and development of the fetus. Impaired growth in the uterus can cause low birth weight. Babies with low birth weight have a greater risk of stunting. The baby's body length at birth is also related to the prevalence of stunting. Apart from that, another factor that triggers stunting is the lack of breast milk intake for babies during the first 6 months of life. Keywords: stunting, prevention, treatment

Abstract

The Saleh Children's Festival is one of the joint work programs organized by IAI NUSANTARA BATANGHARI KKN Students in Jebak Village. The definition of a pious child is a person who does good or can be interpreted as increasing faith and obedience in worshiping Allah SWT. The aim of holding this pious children's festival program is 1. to increase enthusiasm for learning about Islam, 2. to develop interest and talent in the field of religion and, 3. to increase the self-confidence of the children of Jebak village. In implementing the pious children festival program there are 4 competition categories, namely: Adhan competition, Short Letter Memorization competition, Tartil and Calligraphy Coloring for preschool children. The method of implementing activities is by analyzing the needs of elementary school age children, planning, implementing, evaluating and following up the activities that have been taught. The results of this pious children's festival program are that the children of Jebak Village are more enthusiastic in studying Islam, then the children of Jebak Hamlet are also more courageous to show their talents and their self-confidence increases after participating in the pious children's festival program. This is proven by several boys from Jebak Village who initially did not dare to do the call to prayer after the pious children's festival was held, becoming brave enough to do the call to prayer.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to determine the importance of communication of Islamic education organization using the literature and literary approach related to the theme of this research. The authors ' analysis results showed that organizational communication is indispensable in running an organization of Islamic educational institutions. The success of Islamic educational institutions is determined by the management and organanization factor and interpersonal communication skills owned by each stake holders in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as the expectations of stakeholders, the communication skills for school personnel is indeed the task of managers and school leaders To always be enhanced to make it clearer the benefits or contributions of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing the achievement of educational objectives in Islamic educational institutions.Keywords: Communication, Organization, Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen hubungan masyarakat (humas) dalam penguatan kemitraan stakeholder pada lembaga pendidikan dari perspektif teoretis dan konseptual. Lembaga pendidikan membutuhkan strategi komunikasi yang efektif untuk membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan berbagai stakeholder, termasuk siswa, orang tua, tenaga pendidik, pemerintah, dan masyarakat luas. Manajemen humas berperan strategis dalam memastikan komunikasi yang transparan, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan memperkuat citra lembaga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, melalui kajian literatur mendalam terhadap buku, artikel jurnal, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen relevan mengenai manajemen humas dan kemitraan stakeholder di lembaga pendidikan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-kritis untuk mengidentifikasi konsep, prinsip, dan strategi humas yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen humas yang efektif meliputi perencanaan komunikasi yang terstruktur, pelaksanaan program humas partisipatif, pemeliharaan hubungan berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi rutin terhadap interaksi dengan stakeholder. Implementasi strategi ini meningkatkan dukungan masyarakat, memperkuat legitimasi lembaga, dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi yang produktif. Kesimpulannya, manajemen humas yang berbasis komunikasi dua arah, transparansi, partisipasi, dan kolaborasi strategis menjadi kunci dalam membangun kemitraan stakeholder yang produktif dan berkelanjutan pada lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam pemanfaatan Electronic Public Relations (EPR) dalam pengelolaan komunikasi digital organisasi di era perkembangan teknologi informasi. Kajian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya kebutuhan organisasi terhadap strategi komunikasi yang mampu menjangkau publik secara luas, cepat, dan interaktif melalui media digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode library research (studi kepustakaan), yang bersumber dari buku, artikel jurnal ilmiah, serta dokumen akademik yang relevan dengan konsep Electronic Public Relations dan komunikasi digital. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, pengklasifikasian, penelaahan kritis, serta sintesis terhadap berbagai sumber pustaka yang digunakan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Public Relations berperan strategis dalam mendukung efektivitas penyampaian informasi, membangun citra positif organisasi, serta memperkuat hubungan antara organisasi dan publik melalui media digital. Selain itu, EPR mendorong terciptanya komunikasi dua arah yang lebih interaktif dan berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Electronic Public Relations merupakan bagian penting dalam pengelolaan komunikasi organisasi di era digital dan perlu dikembangkan secara terencana serta berbasis kajian teoretis yang komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan gadget dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan anak melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gadget dapat berperan positif sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran yang merangsang kemampuan kognitif, kreativitas, dan literasi digital anak, apabila penggunaannya diiringi dengan pengawasan dan pendampingan yang tepat dari orang tua. Sebaliknya, paparan gadget yang berlebihan tanpa adanya bimbingan dapat menyebabkan gangguan konsentrasi, keterlambatan perkembangan motorik, serta isolasi sosial, yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan emosional dan sosial anak. Temuan penelitian juga mengungkap bahwa penerapan pola asuh otoritatif di mana orang tua mengombinasikan aturan yang tegas dengan dukungan emosional berperan penting dalam mengoptimalkan manfaat teknologi serta meminimalkan dampak negatifnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan literasi digital bagi orangtua dan penerapan strategi pengawasan yang konsisten dalam penggunaan gadget. Kolaborasi antara keluarga, institusi pendidikan, dan masyarakat diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan pendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal di era digital.
