Abstract

This research aims to describe, test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational capabilities on organizational commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari. This research uses quantitative research methods with a survey design that uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, namely tcount>ttable or 1.743>1.708. Organizational Capability has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, namely tcount>ttable or 2.984>1.708. The results of the regression coefficient test show that organizational culture and organizational capabilities influence organizational commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari. The percentage contribution of the independent variable X1 (Organizational Culture) is 36.2% and X2 (Organizational Capability) is 62.0% on the dependent variable Y (Organizational Commitment) while the remaining 4.6% is influenced or explained by other variables. The conclusion of this research is that the level of Organizational Commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari is influenced by the variables Organizational Culture and Organizational Capability.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial success is a condition where a person is able to achieve success in business with entrepreneurship in an entrepreneur The development of small and medium enterprises is expected to be better because of the increasing openness of business opportunities and the consolidation among smes in overcoming limited access to capital especially in the current era, namely the era of gen Z and the influence of technology, various challenges are faced by smes. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the need for incentives and achievement motivation on the job satisfaction of teachers at SD IQRA’ Tuah Sakato Muara Bulian. The background of this research is based on the importance of internal and external factors in enhancing the performance and satisfaction of educators. A quantitative method is used, with data collection conducted through surveys by distributing questionnaires to all teachers at the school. The data is processed using multiple regression analysis to identify the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings of the study reveal that both the need for incentives and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction. This finding indicates that providing appropriate incentives and encouragement to excel can enhance teachers' satisfaction in performing their duties and responsibilities. This research is expected to serve as a guideline for the school in designing policies that support the welfare and motivation of teachers sustainably.

Abstract

ABSTACT Macrame is a classic textile art made by Arab weavers using knotting techniques using rope since the 13th century. The word macrame comes from the word mikramah which means plaiting or hand decoration. Historically, macrame was used to avoid swarms of flies on the riding animals of people in the Middle East. The art of macrame was successful in the 1970s. The implementation of the community service activity program was carried out in the central room of post 13 RT 04, Jebak village, Muara Tembesi sub-district on Saturday 20 January 2024. This service activity took the form of training. This activity was attended by 7 people. This training involved PKK mothers and local teenagers. Keywoards : macramé, life skill

Abstract

Abstrak Stunting describes a state of chronic malnutrition during growth and development from early life. the results of a health survey in Indonesia in 2013, 37.2% of young children experienced stunting. Of this percentage, 19.2% of children were classified as short and 18.0% were very short. The prevalence of stunting has increased compared to the 2010 Riskesdas results, namely 35.6. The nutritional condition of pregnant women also greatly affects the health and development of the fetus. Impaired growth in the uterus can cause low birth weight. Babies with low birth weight have a greater risk of stunting. The baby's body length at birth is also related to the prevalence of stunting. Apart from that, another factor that triggers stunting is the lack of breast milk intake for babies during the first 6 months of life. Keywords: stunting, prevention, treatment

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period where the general problem is the search for identity. Therefore, it often has the urge to present itself as a separate group. However, this encouragement often leads teenagers to serious problems, one of which is drug use. The prevalence rate of drug abuse in special households is much higher than in general households. This indicates that drug abuse and trafficking has its own pockets in society. The level of drug knowledge among people who know the dangers of drugs is quite good, but their understanding of drug prevention efforts is still low. Thus, it is necessary to make maximum communication, education and information efforts, especially in the aspect of strengthening topics or issues regarding how to effectively prevent the threat of the dangers of drugs. In the city of Jambi, there are relatively few drug users among teenagers, namely 29 people in the 10 - 14 year age group and 39 people in the 15 - 18 year age group. Almost all of the teenage drug users live in the working area of ​​the Tahtul Yemen Health Center, namely 27 people in the 10 - 14 year age group and 38 people in the 15 - 18 year age group. Abstract

Character education is a central objective of Indonesian national education, particularly in strengthening students’ religious values. This study analyzes the implementation of the “Festival Anak Sholeh” as a strategic approach to improving the quality of character education in elementary schools and madrasahs. The research employed a qualitative descriptive design through community-based educational activities held at Baituttaqwa Mosque. Participants consisted of 40 children from early childhood education and elementary levels. Data were collected through participatory observation, documentation, informal interviews, and team reflection, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. Findings indicate that competitive-educative activities such as adhan competitions, daily prayer memorization, and mosque coloring effectively enhanced students’ religious participation, self-confidence, and internalization of Islamic values. The mosque functioned not only as a place of worship but also as a community-based character education center. The study concludes that Festival Anak Sholeh represents a replicable model for strengthening character education quality in elementary schools and madrasahs through experiential and participatory strategies.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in strengthening the national economy, particularly in creating employment and reducing poverty. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in legal protection, access to financing, and sustainable business practices. This community service program aims to strengthen MSMEs through the application of Sharia Economic Law principles to create fair, ethical, and sustainable businesses. The program was implemented through socialization, mentoring, and training on sharia-based contracts, halal business management, and Islamic financial literacy. The results show an increased understanding among MSME actors regarding sharia contracts (akad), halal business practices, and ethical trade principles such as justice, transparency, and mutual benefit. This program contributes to building legally aware MSMEs that are not only economically productive but also socially responsible and sustainable.
