Abstract

Warung Lalapan Haris, sebuah usaha mikro di bidang kuliner, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola biaya operasional tanpa mengorbankan kualitas layanan. Dengan biaya produksi per porsi ayam bakar sebesar Rp12.000 dan ayam goreng Rp10.000, serta keterbatasan kapasitas produksi maksimal 100 porsi dan waktu kerja efektif 420 menit per hari, diperlukan strategi produksi yang efisien. Selain itu, warung juga menetapkan target minimal harian, yaitu 20 porsi ayam bakar dan 10 porsi ayam goreng. Untuk menentukan kombinasi produksi yang optimal, digunakan pendekatan pemrograman linier dengan tujuan meminimalkan biaya operasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi produksi sebanyak 20 porsi ayam bakar dan 10 porsi ayam goreng memberikan total biaya operasional minimum sebesar Rp340.000. Kombinasi ini memenuhi seluruh kendala yang ditetapkan, baik dari segi jumlah maksimum produksi, alokasi waktu, maupun target permintaan minimum. Dengan demikian, pemrograman linier terbukti menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan produksi, memungkinkan pelaku UMKM seperti Warung Lalapan Haris untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya, menekan biaya, dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of information technology is the main need to improve administrative efficiency in various sectors, including higher education. Universitas Sepuluh Nopember (USN) Papua faces obstacles in the process of admitting new students which are still carried out manually, causing various problems such as inefficiency, risk of data errors, and limited information. To overcome this, this study aims to design a new student admission information system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach that is able to describe the system visually, structured, and easy to understand. The research method used is software engineering with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the system design are visualized through use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams to model the process and structure of the system as a whole. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide information system solutions that are more effective, efficient, and support transparency and accountability in the process of accepting new students in the university environment.
