Abstract

This Research is motivated by the importance of understanding students' interest in mathematics, especially in State Junior High School 193 East Jakarta, considering that mathematics is often considered a difficult and frightening subject for some students. Learning interest, which is defined as the tendency of students to pay attention with a feeling of pleasure, has a significant influence on the process and results of student learning. This study aims to identify the level of student interest in mathematics using the K-Means algorithm. This method is used to group students into several clusters based on their level of interest. The results showed that students were divided into three clusters, namely the first cluster with very high interest totaling 193 students with an average Final Semester Exam score of 91.920, the second cluster with low interest totaling 18 students with an average score of 52.333, and the third cluster with high interest totaling 66 students with an average score of 87.606.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesesuaian penerapan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran dalam upaya meningkatkan keselamatan kerja di PT. Balikpapan Ready Mix Pile. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sistem proteksi aktif, APAR memiliki tingkat kesesuaian 100%, sementara detektor asap hanya 33% dan sistem hydrant serta sprinkler belum tersedia sama sekali. Untuk sistem proteksi pasif, tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 40%, menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan terhadap penjalaran api masih rendah. Sarana penyelamatan jiwa seperti jalur evakuasi, rambu, tangga darurat, dan titik kumpul telah tersedia dengan tingkat kesesuaian 80%, meskipun masih ditemukan kekurangan teknis seperti arah ayunan pintu dan minimnya pemeliharaan tangga. Hasil kuesioner memperkuat temuan ini, di mana mayoritas responden menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap sistem yang ada, dengan 62% memilih “Setuju” dan 17% “Sangat Setuju”. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di perusahaan telah diterapkan cukup baik pada beberapa aspek, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada instalasi proteksi otomatis dan infrastruktur tahan api guna memastikan keselamatan kerja yang sesuai.
