Abstract

The Pandemic period a few years ago brought changes to the world that had an impact on various aspects of human life worldwide. In addition to the massive impact on development in the health sector, the impact of the pandemic also apparently spread to the education sector. The education sector is using online learning as an effective learning method. Regardless of whether online learning was effective or not in the past, at least there were positive steps to overcome various problems that arose during the learning pandemic. Changes in the impact of online learning situations are still ongoing, where online methods are increasingly used in every formal and non-formal learning activity. This study involved teachers at several high schools in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that learning activities using more online methods are quite effective and have become a trend of choice for some teachers. Several applications that are commonly used during online learning are still used as relevant learning media in various teacher competency development activities.
