Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat disiplin pegawai di SMK Negeri 3 Sukatani, Purwakarta. Sebanyak 42 responden yang terdiri dari pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dijadikan sampel melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur persepsi responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel—kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi—berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Di antara ketiganya, motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi paling besar terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan. Secara keseluruhan, variabel-variabel bebas tersebut mampu menjelaskan 98,4% variasi dalam variabel disiplin kerja. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya optimalisasi faktor-faktor internal seperti kepuasan, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasi untuk mendorong disiplin kerja di lingkungan satuan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of a water cycle diorama medium in teaching science and mathematics material on the water cycle in Grade V at SDN 08 Sungai Raya. The problem faced is the low utilisation of visual media, making it difficult for students to understand the water cycle process concretely. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were obtained through validation by media experts, subject matter experts, and practitioners, as well as individual trials with students. The validation results showed very high feasibility with a percentage of 100% by media experts, 100% by practitioners, and 80% by subject matter experts, while individual trials obtained a result of 96.7%. Based on these results, the water cycle diorama media was declared very feasible and effective for use in science education because it helps students understand the concept of the water cycle more easily, attractively, and interactively.

Abstract

Mahasiswa selaku insan akademik perlu dibekali doktrin kewarganegaraan berintikan penanaman idiologi Pancasila dan UUD 45, karena keduanya merupakan nilai fundamental atau norma dasar bangsa Indonesia. Di samping itu, sehingga perlu dipertautkan dengan berbagai keaneka ragaman sosial budaya guna mendukung aktifitas mewujudkan bhinneka tunggal ika. Hal ini, berguna untuk membangkitkan semangat nasionalisme dan rasa patriotisme kebangsaan Indonesia. Jurnal ilmiah ini ditulis secara kualitatif (quatitative methode), sedang proses penyimpulan bahan kajian bersumber dari buku, jurnal ilmiah dan peraturan perundangan. Pendidikan Kurikulum kewarganegaraan yang diajarkan pada perguruan tinggi, disusun secara sentralistik oleh pemerintah, agar dapat menunjang kelancaran proses belajar-mengajar, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas mahasiswa memahami doktrin nasionalisme dan kebangsaan Indonesia.

Abstract

This policy paper examines the urgency of transforming the digital infrastructure procurement model at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon as a strategic step towards realizing the vision of a globally competitive campus. The current fragmented and decentralized procurement system across each work unit has created various serious challenges, including budget inefficiency, lack of technology standardization, increased cybersecurity risks, and obstacles to system integration. This situation significantly slows the pace of campus digitalization and hinders the achievement of institutional goals. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing problems, this draft proposes a centralized procurement policy as a fundamental solution. Recommendations include the formation of an integrated procurement team, the development of a technology master plan, the implementation of an e-procurement system, and the strengthening of human resource capacity. This policy aims to optimize budget utilization, ensure technological consistency and interoperability, strengthen cyber defenses, and accelerate the innovation process. Implementing this policy will not only address the weaknesses of the existing system but also build a solid, integrated, and sustainable foundation for the university's entire digital ecosystem. The results are expected to improve the effectiveness of academic and administrative services, support global collaboration, and strengthen UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon's position as a modern and superior cyber campus.
