Abstract

Konsep pertanian alami yang dilahirkan oleh Fukuoka seorang professor mikrobiologi yang berasal dari Jepang pada tahun 1978 dalam bukunya “The One Strow Revolution, An Introduction to Natural Farming”, sebenarnya adalah system pertanian yang merupakan tradisi pertanian petani dahulu (primitif). . Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan efisiensi teknik dalam penggunaan input terhadap prodksi system pertanian alami padi ladangdengan system pertanian tidak alami padi sawah, biaya dan pendapatan, serta efisien alokatif pertanian alami padi lading di kabupaten Halmahera Utara, Provinsi Maluku Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis melalui wawancara pada petani sampel padi lading berjumlah 48 orang, dan petani padi sawah berjumlah 17 orang. Fungsi produksi diestimasi menggunakan fungsi prodksi tipe Cobb-Douglas dengan alat analisis eview 4.0, biaya dan pendapatan dengan uji T Tess Mean Sampel Independen dengan alat analisis SPSS 12, dan efisiensi alokatif dengan uji t ki dengan fasilitas excel . Analisis data diperoleh : 1) Penggunaan jumlah dan jenis input yangberbeda berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi perusahatani; 2) Penggunaan jumlah dan jenis biaya input minimal, menjadikan pendapatan per hektar pada system pertanian alami padi lading tidak berbeda dengan system pertanian tidak alami padi sawah; 3) Penggunaan benih pada system pertanian alami padi lading per hektar menunjukan sudah efisien alokatif sedangkan penggunaan tenaga erja tidak efisien.

Abstract

East Halmahera Regency is one of the areas in North Maluku Province which is a priority in developing and increasing rice production with a harvest area of 3,200. East Wasile District has the largest harvest area compared to other Districts, namely 1,406 and the development of lowland rice plants uses several planting methods, namely conventional planting methods and jajar legowo. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of various planting methods for paddy rice in East Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, effectiveness of input allocation, production input allocation efficiency. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of factors of production in paddy rice farming using the conventional method and jajar legowo is classified as not optimal because its effectiveness is below 80% and the efficiency of the use of factors of production in paddy rice farming using the conventional method and jajar legowo in East Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, Maluku Province North is not yet efficient because the average value of the use of production facilities < 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan aneka minuman lokal, besaran pendapatan minuman lokal, dan menganalisis kelayakan minuman lokal pada home industry ifamoy di kelurahan tabona kota ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis pendapatan dan analisis kelayakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengolahan minuman lokal pada home industry ifamoy meliputi produksi air jahe, sari jeruk nipis, sari pala, teh pala, kopi rempah, kopi NKRI dan kopi kenari sudah menggunakan alat modern dan sudah lebih efisien. Dari ke tujuh produk ini memiliki perbedaan nilai pada masing-masing produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan yang diperoleh dari masing-masing produk minuman home industry ifamoy yaitu, minuman sari pala memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 6.565.000, sari jeruk nipis memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 8.685.000, teh pala memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 8.771.000, air jahe memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 40.823.000, kopi NKRI memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 12.871.000, kopi rempah memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 8.871.000, kopi kenari memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 13.456.000.

Abstract

Food security is critical as consumption and population are growing rapidly. This study aims to predict population growth, rice consumption and rice demand in the province of North Maluku until 2028 used the ARIMA (2,2,0). Secondary data from BPS-Statistics Indonesia were used, covering population, consumption and rice demand from 2013 to 2023. The results indicated that the annual population growth in North Maluku ranges from 21,000 to 24,000. Simultaneously, the annual rice consumption is projected to increase by approximately two to three kilograms per capita. The predictive data revealed that rice demand was projected to increase from 71.37 million kg in 2024 to approximately 79.09 million kg by 2028, primarily stemmed by ongoing population growth and evolving consumption. These results signaled severe challenges in ensuring an adequate food supply, particularly in a region where rice serves as the primary staple food. These findings underlined the urgent need for data-driven policies, capable distribution networks, and crop diversification to guarantee sustainable food security. Moreover, this research has provided a roadmap for more efficient policy decision-making, highlighting the need for the utilization of modern technology in domestic food cultivation and distribution.
