Abstract

Emotional intelligence has become an important part of achieving learning outcomes and has been proven by previous research. Self-awareness is part of emotional intelligence. Self-awareness student must be managed because it will contribute to the understanding of the student learning outcomes. So students can compete in facing a dynamic environment. This research study was to collect data and insights about student learning outcomes based on the level of self-awareness. The hypothesis of this study is that students who achieve good learning outcomes are students who have good self-awareness and have a positive influence on student learning outcomes. The research sample consisted of 30 students of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic, Bukit class and 11 students of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic, Banyuasin Class. Self-awareness and student learning outcomes were measured by a questionnaire with a Lickert scale. Then, the data were analyzed through SPSS software. The result is that self-awareness has a significant influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang terdapat tiga variabel penelitian diantaranya adalah variabel Customer Experience (X1), Price (X2) sebagian variabel independen, sedangkan variabel Repurchase Intention sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli pempek di kawasan Kampung Pempek 26 Ilir kota Palembang yang minimal pernah membeli sebanyak satu kali. Lokasi objek penelitan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur customer experience, price, dan repurchase intention dengan menggunakan skala Likert dari angka 1-5. Pada pengumpulan data pengisian kuesioner sampel penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 63 responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan google form. Pengolahan data menggunakan Software berupa SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel Customer Experience (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention (Y) pada Produk Pempek di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Kampung Pempek 26 Ilir Palembang. Sedangkan untuk variabel Price (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Repurchase Intention (Y) pada Produk Pempek di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Kampung Pempek 26 Ilir Palembang.
