Sukalaksana hamlet in Cikahuripan village, Lembang sub-district, West Bandung district has diverse regional potential and needs to be developed. However, the lack of availability of regional databases in Sukalaksana can hinder the development of the region's potential. Spatial-based region potential development aims to present spatial information that can be used in development planning. This study aims to map resource potential and analyze population pressure and capacity on land in Sukalaksana. The research method used is participatory mapping. The data is collected by using observation, interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGD). Data analysis was carried out using spatial analysis techniques. The results indicate that there are four potential that can be developed in Sukalaksana, namely the potential of human, economics, social, and land resources. Those potentials will be profitable and prosperous for the community if managed effectively and efficiently, as well as a sustainable pattern of cooperation in community life. Population pressure in Sukalaksana hamlet is 45.14, which is high category due to an imbalance in the number of population on the availability of agricultural land. The land capacity value in Sukalaksana is 0.02, which means that farmers are no longer able to carry out expansive and exploratory agricultural development.
