Abstract

CV Teh Giles Nuna is one of the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the agribusiness sector focusing on local tea processing in the Kiarapedes area, Purwakarta. This study aims to describe the forms of community empowerment carried out by the company toward local tea farmers and to identify the challenges in the production and marketing processes. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through field observation and document analysis. The findings indicate that community involvement in tea production has had a positive impact on the local economy. However, several obstacles persist, including limited production equipment, underdeveloped digital marketing strategies, and minimal government support. Further empowerment strategies are needed, such as training programs, modernization of production tools, and expanded distribution through collaboration with government agencies and digital platforms.
