Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum implemented after the Covid-19 pandemic is here as an answer to challenges in the world of education that continues to develop. This curriculum provides space for teachers to innovate, while placing students at the center of learning. The purpose of this study is to observe how the evaluation of learning in the Independent Curriculum is implemented in MAN 2 Bogor City, as well as the various obstacles faced by teachers in the process. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving five teachers as the main informants. The results of the study show that learning evaluation has referred to the principles of the Independent Curriculum, with an emphasis on formative and summative assessments. Teachers prioritize daily assessments that include aspects of student attitude, activeness, and understanding, rather than cognitive assessments alone. However, challenges such as the preparation of comprehensive assessment instruments and lack of active involvement from students are still found. Evaluation is also carried out internally by the school as a form of supervision and quality improvement. Overall, the evaluation of learning at MAN 2 has gone well, but it still needs to strengthen teacher capacity and system support so that the principles of the Independent Curriculum can be applied optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi pemasaran melalui digital di Sekolah Insantama Bogor sebagai upaya Peningkatan daya tarik pendaftar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Insantama sudah menerapkan pemasaran melalui digital dengan baik, sekolah telah cukup aktif memanfaatkan platform digital untuk kegiatan promosi. Platform yang paling sering digunakan adalah Instagram, diikuti oleh TikTok, Facebook, Website, dan beberapa juga menggunakan YouTube. Adapun jenis konten yang paling banyak mendapatkan respons dari audiens adalah konten kreatif, video kegiatan, testimoni alumni, serta podcast dan prestasi siswa. Meski demikian, Sekolah tidak menggunakan iklan berbayar dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja masih minim dilakukan, sehingga penggunaan digitalisasi dalam pemasaran yang digunakan cukup berdampak terhadap peningkatan jumlah pendaftar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sekolah perlu meningkatkan optimalisasi pemasaran melalui pelatihan digital marketing dan eksplorasi strategi iklan berbayar untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi.

Abstract

The urgency of teacher integrity is a serious issue in the world of education, especially in shaping the character of students. Teachers do not only act as educators, but also as moral role models for their students. In the perspective of the hadith tarbawi, the values ​​of honesty and exemplary behavior are the main pillars of forming a teacher's integrity. This study aims to examine in more depth how these values ​​can shape the integrity of educators and influence students' behavior and attitudes. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that teachers who are honest, fair, and able to be real examples in everyday behavior have a major influence in shaping the character of students. The honesty of teachers in assessing, as well as their consistency in words and actions, are important measures in building student trust. This study is expected to contribute to strengthening the professionalism of teachers who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also morally and spiritually strong. This description has proven to be a prime example for the students themselves. The impact that we obtained was that in addition to being a source of knowledge, this research provided a number of exploratory knowledge of some things that need to be applied and not done in an institution that is oriented towards becoming a culture so that it is good and is believed to be able to produce a society and nation that develops and advances on the path of Allah SWT.
