<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The patient dependency level e-protocol is an electronic-based form used to assess the level of patient dependency in hospitals. Patient dependence means the specific needs of each patient and some time required by the patient. This e-protocol aims to make it easier for nurses to assess patients and is expected to provide services to patients according to their different needs according to the characteristics and level of dependence of patients and be able to improve the knowledge, attitudes and actions of nurses in nursing assessment. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of e-protocols on nurses' knowledge, attitudes and actions in assessing the level of patient dependence at Martha Friska Multatuli General Hospital. The research method used pre-experimental design type one group pretest-postest with a sample of 34 respondents as an intervention group selected based on purposive sampling using power analysis. The results showed that there were differences in the mean knowledge, attitudes and actions of nurses after being given the intervention of using e-protocols (p=0.000). e-protocols can improve nurses' knowledge, attitudes and actions in assessing the level of patient dependence. This e-protocol is recommended to be used as a tool to assess the level of patient dependence in hospitals. Ketergantungan pasien berarti kebutuhan spesifik setiap pasien dan beberapa waktu yang diperlukan pasien. e-protokol ini bertujuan agar mempermudah perawat dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap pasien dan diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien sesuai dengan kebutuhannya yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan karakteristik dan tingkat ketergantungan pasien serta mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan Tindakan perawat dalam penilaian keperawatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas e-protokol terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan perawat dalam menilai tingkat ketergantungan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Martha Friska Multatuli. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental design type one group pretest-postest dengan sampel sebanyak 34 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling menggunakaan power analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rerata pengetahuan, sikap dan Tindakan perawat setelah diberikan intervensi penggunaan e-protokol (p=0,000). e-protokol dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan Tindakan perawat dalam menilai tingkat ketergantungan pasien. e-protokol ini direkomendasikan untuk digunakan sebagai alat menilai tingkat ketergantungan pasien di rumah sakit.
