Abstract

The condition of women in Jatigono Village is that there are still many who have low education, do not have jobs, have low economic status, lack knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior, and have families that are not harmonious or not yet prosperous. The Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team has an important role in empowering women, through 10 main programs. The aim of this research is to observe and analyze the Strategy of the Empowerment and Family Welfare Team in Increasing Women's Empowerment in Jatigono Village, Kunir District, Lumajang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques start from observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Interactive Analysis Model from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display and Conclusing Drawing. The research results show that the Implementation Strategy of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team in Increasing Women's Empowerment in Jatigono Village has been running and has been successful, but there are still several factors that are not appropriate in its implementation, namely the lack of awareness of women to take part in programs held by TP PKK. The efforts made by the Jatigono Village TP PKK are to provide education and training to improve the quality of women's knowledge, insight, science and experience and the Jatigono Village government allocates resources in the form of funds and facilities to support TP PKK activities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pemimpin pesantren dalam menangani dan mencegah bullying di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hidayah, Desa Gambirono, Kec. Bangsalsari, Kab. Jember. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah dan strategi yang diterapkan pemimpin dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung, serta menggali bagaimana pendekatan kepemimpinan diterapkan dalam pelatihan karakter santri.Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan pendidikan karakter dalam konteks Islam. Kepemimpinan Kyai dipahami sebagai kunci utama dalam membentuk budaya pesantren yang religius dan anti-kekerasan. Nilai-nilai Islam seperti empati, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran diri dijadikan landasan utama dalam upaya pembinaan serta penyelesaian konflik sosial di kalangan santri.Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan yang terdiri dari sembilan orang yang terdiri dari ketua yayasan, pengurus pesantren, wali santri, dan santri. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles & Huberman, serta keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kyai memiliki peran sentral dan strategis dalam menciptakan iklim pesantren yang aman, religius, dan mendidik. Penanganan bullying tidak dilakukan dengan hukuman semata, melainkan melalui pelatihan karakter, pendekatan edukatif, dan penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman. Terdapat faktor pendukung seperti pendidikan akhlak dan komunikasi terbuka, serta hambatan seperti kurangnya pengawasan dan praktik senioritas. Keseluruhan temuan pentingnya kerja sama antar elemen pesantren untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang menguntungkan bagi pertumbuhan santri
