<![CDATA[This research was conducted in Purwadana Village, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency, to determine the influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of village apparatus simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study is 76 village employees and Village Community Institutions (LKD) in the Purwadana village area. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression testing, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The Effect of the Influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on the Performance of the Purwadana Village Apparatus, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency.
